This apartment complex is located about 100 m from the beach, in a lively neighbourhood right in the heart of Santa Ponsa. From here, guests can easily explore the area, and there are many options for leisure activities nearby.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1986 and renovated in 2024. The complex has a lift and features 26 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a cash machine, a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV, a DVD player and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. The complex has 26 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace.

Clean good size basic apartments, great area close to beach and restaurants. Although thought it was an expensive price for only one clean and change of towels a week. Noisy air con, too. No bar. Check in over road at the Reverence hotel.

Lovely apartment very clean,beds comfortable and it's a nice quiet complex . Pool area very clean and maintained by the lovely Dominique who is very friendly . We had a lovely time at the casa vida and will definitely return in the near future .

Having spent 10 days in these apartments I can recommend them fully. Having read some negative reviews before I arrived I was apprehensive. No need. Apartments are basic. They are clean. Beds are the typical Spanish beds. Firm but comfortable enough. Location of apartments is excellent - 2 minutes to the beach. Lots of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes walk or less. Supermarket on doorstep. Pool area is small but well maintained. Dominique ensures rules are enforced in pool area but she is not like a dictator as some have suggested. Lack of a reception area or a pool bar are the only downsides of this location. But these are not enough to dissuade me. Would I return again - definitely.

Handy apartments for beach and town.Although steep in slope to walk up on return.Ground floor full of young Irish , who ignored all rules, and kept the family feeling of this apartment block well down the list.Bad language, noise, swimming anytime they wished 7am to 6am,, and keeping others awake.Young families unable to use facilities.Complaining to hotel very low attendance or dealing with problems.It was quicker to ring police.Holiday ruined for us, maybe many others also.

Perfect apartment I can't fault .perfect for a few cheap days away at the quieter end of Santa ponsa . My only observation is the beds are extremely hard.
