  Alberto a 5 star experience. Great location in Sa Coma.

  5 STARS for Alberto! What a Legend. Firstly. This review and 5 stars are for alberto, the Staff Memeber at Sa Coma BJ Apartments. We can not stress enough, how welcoming, honest, caring and genuine guy he is. He is the main reason (and im sure many others agree) why we would book these apartmetns again. There are very, very few people like this left in this world and he is a true gentleman. Im sure he will be head hunted by a 5 star hotel, BJ Apartment owners, need to make sure they keep him, at any costs. He will make a fantastic manager one day soon we hope.Location. Great, perfect. Close to beach, Supermarket and Bus stop. Atmosphere - Very good. You can drink a great beer in reception for only 3e for a cold/ice glass pint of Estrella Dam (best beer in spain).Rooms - Well. We paid 47e for early May and that was a good price. NOTE: ONE REQUEST - Bedrooms. They really need Double Glazing. We could hearing absolutely everythnig like there was no window in the room. The "bin men" love to collect rubbish at all hours of the night and it was hard to sleep and you can hear the neighbours do "everything". Cleaniness - ok. rooms cleaned twice a week, But the room could do with a "Full clean" (especially on the wardrobe trim, windows and door frames, old stains thehre) (room 510). So we would absolutely book again, as long as Alberto will be in reception, he made us feel so welcome and relaxed especially i the evening when my family enjoy a game of pool in the bar. ooh and if i had one more request, yeah, a new pool table would be really great.In the rooms there are two electric hobs also, so you can cook your own meals, which we did on a few occassions. Overall, excellent value for 47e (51e a night with tourist tax) But when paying more 100e+ there needs some improvements in the rooms ideally (Our fridge was super rusty at the base also and toilet did not flush properly, all easily fixed). It would be great also, if one of the block of flats (there are 5) was strictly no smoking.Many thanks BJ Apartment and huge thanks again to Alberto.

  If you are looking for a couples holiday this is the ideal place to stay it’s close to all the bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartments are basic but they still have all you need and the staff are always ready to help with anything you need

  This hotel was booked for us as part of the ‘Wowcher holiday’.The apartment was dated and needed a good freshen up. The front door didn’t lock and when we woke up the front door was wide open, despite this being shut when we went to bed! We didn’t use the kitchen as we didn’t need to, which we were glad about as the spot looked grubby! The bathroom had a funny smell, shower was horrendous and we couldn’t get any hot water for the 3 days we were there… A wash in the sink it was! I woke up covered in bites and the room full of mosquitoes, possibly due to the door being open on the first night! Curtains were hanging off and looked like they had been up years!Staff seemed okay however extra 16 euro if we wanted a safe ( we just carried everything round due to the dodgy door anyway).Wouldn’t return!

  Great apartments clean tidy air conditioning pool area all good small splash park which is great for smaller children bar is good friendly barman with good prices €3 euro a pint !! it’s basic but what more do you want for the price beds comfy shower could be improved as sometimes comes off the wall …. Would I stay here again ?
