    Wonderful hotel

    We visited Helios in May and I can say that we had a wonderful and relaxing 5 days. Our room was clean, the food in the restaurant was wonderful - both breakfast and dinner. Thanks to the head chef Claudio. Thanks also to Natalia, who was constantly asking if everything was okay and for her dedication to this hotel and the customers. Thanks also to Martin, who looked after us in the restaurant and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back to you again :)Mariana:)

    We have stayed for a week and we definitely enjoyed it.Natalia(guest experience) was great and focused on guest needs very attentive and professional.Leticia receptionist was great! The waiters and bartenders great job! Food was delicious!! We will definitely come back next year!

    Great experience in the hotel. Just cross the street and you are at the beach. Not so noisy at night as I read in some reviews I was a little worried because this was the first trip with a baby, but spot on! We stayed in an apartment, which was super clean and had a great view to the pool. The pool was very nice. Maybe it could have some more shadows for kids. The food was what impressed me the most. Every night there was a different buffet with very good and elaborated dishes, . Not the usual cheap buffet that you usually findThe staff were very friendly and polite. I requested a soup for the baby every night and they were very helpful. Natalia was the one organizing everything with the help of Martin. I also got to meet Chef Claudio who was the one making the soup for my baby. The point is, the environment is very welcoming and kids friendly. Great place to chill and enjoy your vacation.

    Great location, within reach to the airport. Atmosphere is very cyclist friendly, rooms and balcony is spacious with the best view of the poolside. The hotel is elegant and i git my moneys worth. The buffet is a must both breakfast and dinner. Too many choices. Very clean. And above all these is our room stewardess Cindy. Thank you very much. To natalya too . Gracias .     I love this place! The hotel is very accessible to the airport and the bus station. Our room is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very accommodating especially Leticia. The guest experience representative Natalia is very helpfu and a charming personality. The food are great thanks to tye chef Claudio. Thank you all! This hotel is highly recommended. And will be definitely coming back.
