Location

This apartment complex enjoys a fantastic location, only some 80 m from the sandy beach. An array of shops and entertainment facilities, as well as a public transport stop, are to be found approximately 130 m from the building. Palma de Mallorca Airport is located roughly 22 km away.

Facility

16 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, medical assistance, a fax machine, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Rooms

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     We arrived late after 11pm and we were welcomed by Luis who showed us around the apartment. We had no issues as everything was as expected. The rooms are nice and the public areas are all cleaned each day. Pool area is nice with ample sun beds. Our return flight was 9.15pm and the checkout is 11am however there is a locked luggage room and you are given a key . We had full access to the pool, shower room and toilets for the whole day so we were able to go out and enjoy our last day. The apartments have a relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.

    We’ll kept safe apartments opposite the sea. Alberto and Luis are friendly and efficient. The pool area is a sun trap.The new kitchens are more than you expect when self catering. The beds have spotless clean sheets.Wi-Fi and heating or air conditioning are included in the price .

    By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Dirty, dated and staff are rude. From the front it’s all glitz where the owners have offices but one you get in the lift you could be convinced you’re in a different hotel.

    At the marina apartments now lovely chilled out place Alberto is very helpfull ground floor room with seaview Close to all the bars shops and the beach a stones throw away shops bars all polite taxi round the corner will definitely vist this place again

    Group of men, late 40s and early 50s, off to Palmanova for our annual trip away from it all. We always look for somewhere simple and relatively inexpensive as we're not that fussy! As long as it's clean, has a bed and a shower and plenty of space, we're happy. And we were definitely happy with the facilities. Some like a long by the pool, but this year we all just went to the beach instead as to be honest the pool area needs spruced up a little. The other slight oddity with this place is its lack of 24 hour reception, which makes check-in a little prolonged and seems a little strange at first. However, Alfredo the owner could not be more helpful or accommodating. He was on hand always and looked after us perfectly. Some of our guys like a drink and can get a little noisy late at night, and there were one or two complaints, which Alfredo raised with us, but to be honest this was justified! I don't like unnecessary noise in the middle of the night either! So if you're looking for somewhere more lively and you don't respect other guests and their need for sleep, I'd suggest you stay elsewhere. But if you are looking for somewhere considerate, with all 'necessary' facilities and at a reasonable price, book it!
