Location

The hotel is located in the northeast of Pollensa Bay, only 100 m from the beach and centre. Restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping opportunities can all be found just a short walk away. The beach is only around 100 m away, as is the bus stop. Woods can be found around 200 m away. Palma is approximately 20 minutes' drive away. Pollensa Bay is located on the north coast of Majorca, and is famous for its geographic placement at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana.

Facility

18 apartments and 6 studios are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.     Perfect place to stay for cycling holiday

    Stayed here for a 5 day cycling holiday with a friend the apartments are all near the local attractions about 5 min walk to the sea and all the restaurants and local coffee shops. The apartment are very basic but perfect for to men who just want somewhere to sleep and wash. The shower was very good powerful and hot just want you need after a day in the mountains. The pool is ok as well and very relaxing just sitting there. It’s near a main road but you don’t really hear it at night and the grounds are gated for added security. I will go again next year.

    Such a lovely apartment, quiet, cool, nice little pool with view of the mountains, close to beach, town , bus station and lovely Cami de Boquer walk over the hills to a little rocky cove. We had half board and that was all good too. Can thoroughly recommend.

    We had a lovely stay in a 1 bed apartment. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The area was quiet but very close to shops and the supermarket. There was a Spar just down the road. The beach & promenade with amazing restaurants was just 6 mins walk.There was plenty of free parking on the road just outside the apartments. Easy access to the main road to go out of town to explore.The apartment itself served our purpose. It was clean, bright & spacious. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. Shower pressure was strong. The bed was perfectly firm & pillows were super comfy. We had some great sleeps.It only being a 2 star meant there were a few household amenities not in the apt like an iron but we enquired at reception and borrowed one from there. There was a built in rail on the balcony to dry stuff but would have liked an additional drying rack as felt there wasn't enough space.All in all excellent value for money.

    Having previously stayed at the sister apartments, Flora, this year we stayed at Massol. The one bed apartment suited our family of 4 really well. Two single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge. In the Flora it was a sofa bed and a pull out truckle bed, so Massol felt like everyone got a proper bed. The bathroom was also bigger than Flora, but at the Massol the bathroom did not have an external window, so at times smelt a bit musty. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed. We ate breakfast and prepared lunch there most days and then went out for dinner. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the Pine Walk and the fabulous restaurants. Also a 5 minute walk to the square for market day. There’s a Spar two minutes round the corner which was really convenient, or a slightly further walk to Eroski. The pool is a good size relative to the number of apartments, although you can also use the pool area at Flora, which we did a couple of times. The apartments are rated as ‘2 key’ so are more functional as a base rather than being an experience in themselves, but when you’re out and about all day, that’s all that’s needed. The area felt safe, and we would return.
