    Great hotel for families and couples. Location about 1 km from the beach, 600m from the sea. Food was amazing, in all hotels which I visit in the past problems was always with unseasoned dishes, in this hotel everything was so great, even fish or pork, a lot of vegetables and special dishes like carbonara or kebab. Everything was clean, even cleaning of rooms for us too often :D. At one night the party was to loud and we couldn't sleep until 3AM, on rest of days it was ok. Hotel entertainer made additional attraction for each day. Hotel is not new but everything is in really good condition.     Lovely pool, and also a seperate pool for kiddies. If you book all incl, you can get hamburgers, hotdogs, icecream, slushpuppy, cookies, fruit and (alcoholic) drinks at the poolbar. In May, enough sun loungers and no annoying guests that occupy beds with towels while they're not there. Buffet: I have read some comments complaining about the buffet. Yes, some things are from cans but there are also many fresh things. So many cakes! Some nights it was very crowded but this could have been caused by rainy weather so most people wanted to eat inside probably (May 2026). Friendly staff at reception, restaurant, cleaning crew and entertaintment! The apartments are situated around the main building with pool and garden so you live in a small village. But still close to everything, from room 2.06 it is a 30 sec walk to the pool and under a minute walk to the buffet.It is a 3 min walk to supermarkt Suma and 6 min walk to the boardwalk. About 10 min walk to sandy beach. About 7 min walk to Cala Bona. Nice to do: rent a bicycle and go to Sa Coma and Sillot. Also nice: take a bus to Porto Christo BUT NOT ON A RAINY DAY because the buses are overcrowded. The busstop is at 1 min walk.Through the website we booked a transfer from and to the airport: perfect!The apartments are spacy enough for 2. For 4 I think it might be on the smaller side. Very enjoyable rain shower. Pillow was weird. It was very clean, the rest of the property was also maintained well (bushes trimmed, no trash etc). The gym is cool: when you want to train go to the reception and leave a 10 euro deposit. There are also group activities like Step class and stretch class which I recommend.     The positives: Very clean all around, from the apartment (cleaned every day, with fresh towels, and a midweek bedding change), to the grounds (no litter, gardens well looked after).Reception team very friendly and welcoming. Easy walk down to the seafront.The not so goodThe food: very repetitive and some items undercooked: croissants raw inside on several occasions, couscous that was like trying to eat sand.Entertainment ends very early (before 10pm some nights) and one membre of the team appeared miserable for most of the week.     We had a wonderful time

    Great time in Ciudad Laurel, a small "town" built of different apartments around a relaxing-garden with fountains and the restaurant and swimmingpool/water playground. We had a great time. The food was good! A lot to choose from and good, healthy and delicious (salads, meat, snacks, deserts, vegetables, fries, pasta etc.). Drinks were a bit less tasty, but it was okay. Kids had fun at the pool and eating their complementary slushies and ice-cream during the day. On walking distance from the beach with great views. Personnel very friendly. Cleaning of the room every day. Beds were hard though, but it didn't give me backpain (and I have a weak back). All in all we were able to relax, enjoy and come home refreshed after staying at Ciudad Laurel. We're planning to come back!     It was a good holiday; the hotel was neat, well-maintained, had a beautiful outdoor area, and a good swimming pool. The food was good with sufficient variety. The location was well-situated, and you are on the beach in no time. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended for families. Good value for money.
