This welcoming hotel lies amidst beautifully kept gardens in the leisure area and right by the harbour of Porto Cristo. The nearest beach is only 100 m from the hotel and it is just a few minutes walk to the famous dragon caves. Within 500 m is a selection of shopping and entertainment venues. Facility

Guests have a choice of 80 double rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     There is nothing I could say bad about this hotel. We got such a good deal, arrived and there was a slight mix up with our room but the staff were so accommodating and lovely and helpful. The hotel is clean and fancy, the staff are amazing, the marina view is a must! The pool was lovely and could always get a lounger. The restaurant was amazing! Pizza by the pool is a must. Honestly couldn't fault a thing it's a must see.I recommend hiring a car as porto cristo itself was quiet and small however cala millor a 15 min drive is the most beautiful beach and loads of shops.Can't wait to come back!

    Amazing service Booked premium marina view apartments absolutely incredible..Staff are amazing bar staff great .. Jairo Sergio are both amazing credit to the team .. Views are amazing and food is gorgeous Highly recommended

    Nice hotel lovely views of marina nice room double balconies pool nice but cold !!!! Breakfast ok juice awful coffee machine could be better lovely walk into town the reception staff not very helpful or friendly except Carlos would I stay again maybe

    Pros :Great locationRestaurant - food lovely, slightly pricey but downside is kitchen clearly cant cope during busy times as quality dipsSpacious and airy 2 bed deluxe apt with excellent views - beware of standard of 2 bed standard apt - I believe room is not same standard and no window in 2nd bedroom or furniture for clothesNice amenities such as pool/gym/courtesy room however, during busy periods only 37 sunbeds round pool area and balconies are small despite having sunbedsCons:Breakfast awful - no choice and cold, bread hard, eggs cold etc.Free pool towels - not very big and quite roughHotel reception very pleasant staff but not great at goodwill for example...despite having lots of issues with our room they were not good at offering gestures...late checkout I was told was 100 euro extra yet with the issues i had encountered most hotels would have offered this FOC in fact all they offered throughtout stay was a free breakfast so Jet2 are compensating my stay for a lack of facilitiesTV - limited english channels (i think there is bbc news) despite it being advertised in english brochures as a facilityAll in all I think if the hotel had offered more of a gesture by recognising inconveniemce caused to us I would have rated this hotel 4 stars....Would I return yes, I think I would.

    Fantastic hotel, clean with lovely staff

    We're just back from a fantastic week over Easter staying at the Porto Drach. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with harbour view and it was fantastic, everything we needed was there. The Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Matt and Toni on reception who were so helpful with getting me tape to fix my broken suitcase, and with all the recommendations they gave us over the week. I'd not hesitate to stay here again, lovely short stroll to great restaurants, or into the main hub of Porto Cristo, just a lovely week away and even got to see their Semana Santa Procession in the town, highly recommend.
