  I Booked direct with owner Debbie, something I wouldn't normally do. I had read about holiday scams but Debbie handled everything brilliantly. The apartment was excellent in a vey quiet complex of twenty duplex apartments.(ground floor 2 bedroom apartment rented separately from 1 bedroom first floor apartment). My wife and I had the first floor one bedroom apartment that had everything we needed. The beauty of this apartment was the balcony located directly to living room kitchen area. It had the sun all day and sitting around the lovely 4 piece rattan table and chairs or the deceptively comfortable low chairs overlooking the pool area was relaxing and enjoyable. There was also a very private roof top terrace with two sunbeds perfect for the sun all day. The apartment wasn't large but ideal for two. the lounge had a sofa bed and television. The Kitchen had Oven, Hob and Microwave. The bedroom had a reasonably comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. The complex was approximately half occupied and we went out of school holidays. It was quite quiet. the pool area never had more than a few people around so no problems with pool sunbeds if you wanted to lounge around the two small but nice pools. It also had a small pool for children . The complex wasn't suited to wheelchairs . It was around 10minute stroll to the lovely Marina and slightly less to the bars and restaurants of Cala Egos. Itself fairly small and not rowdy. Would I go back to this apartment Most Definitely I would. Thanks Debbie. ps for location purposes it is directly on roundabout 17.

  Complex is in Cala Egos which is 5 minutes from Cala d'or . The Marina , shops, restaurants, beaches are all within walking distance. The complex is beautiful, all privately owned apartments/houses., a real home from home , it is quiet and relaxing , excellent for families or couples. Lovely swimming pools . We will definitely be back.

  Having another fantastic holiday at this beautiful complex . Gardens and pool area are very well looked after by Mark and Andrea . Great for families as not too large a complex and is gated so safe and secure. Location is excellent you can walk to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and also 2 beaches an easy 5 minute stroll so no need for a car . Make sure you book Marina d'or 3 as Marina d'or 2 not as well looked after , a bit shabby .

  Apartment Casa kirbs, Cala egos, Mallorca. Perfect apartment for couple wanting a relaxing holiday. Wonderful apartment, spotlessly clean, all the amenities you could wish for. Home from home. The complex was lovely, clean and quiet. Walking distance from town, beach, public transport, restaurants etc. owners were extremely helpful.   We stayed at Casa kirbs at the Marina d'or III complex. We had a wonderful holiday & would highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very well equipt. The town of Cala egos, the beach and the Marina were within very easy walking distance. We have already booked another holiday.Julie A, Staffordshire
