    We are a Canadian couple who travelled to Mallorca this fall and were fortunate to chose the Hotel Araxa in Palma for a 3 day stay. This was our last hotel stay in Mallorca after a month long visit. This is a first class hotel in s beautiful setting outside the busy old town of Palma. A very pursuant walk from the hotel along the shore or through town gets you to the old town in about a half hour. Our room was awesome with a large balcony overlooking the pool and grounds. Buffet breakfast is included and offered a good selection of food to get your day started. We enjoyed dining at the hotel. The meals were delicious and staff were great. Mallorcan wine is a must. All the staff were very helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Araxa while visiting Palma. The hop-on bus was an excellent way to get to know Palma. The old town and the Cathedral are a must see for your visit.

    Superb location, relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget- conscious travellers that want a quality experience without the high prices! We will be going back to Araxa at the next available opportunity and loved the boutique feel of the hotel. You won’t be disappointed!

    Awful hotel uncomfortable beds

    Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Small single beds and decor from the 1980s! The gap under the hotel room door allows the light from the overly bright hallway to light up the room in the night! When I asked if I can change room after a bad nights sleep I was just told Non! That was that. Don’t stay here!

    Just come home from a wonderful one-night stay at this beautiful hotel. We only wish we had stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception - very welcoming, polite and friendly. The hotel & pool area are maintained to a very high standard. We each had single rooms, mine had a slight view of the pool. Room was exceptionally clean and cosy. The bathroom had soft, fluffy towels and everything you need, which saves you carrying excess weight such as shampoos etc. We didn't eat in the restaurant at night but enjoyed a delicious breakfast the following day - plenty of choice to choose from. Our check-out time was 12 noon but the hotel were very accommodating in allowing us to leave our baggage in a locked store cupboard and then allowing us to use the gym facilities to shower later on in the evening. My friend used her card to pay the deposits on towels. Definitely recommend and would certainly stay again in the future.

    Lovely hotel, adults only, good position. Restaurant was very good and the outside area and bar is lovely. Staff very pleasant. Rooms big and well appointed. Fridge, safe, kettle, large balcony. Good size bathroom. Comfortable beds. Very verbal frogs in the pond!
