Location

This apartment complex lies around 50 m away from the beach, in the centre of S'Illot. Opposite the apartments guests will find a supermarket, a cybercafé and a bus stop. An ATM and a chemist are also located nearby along with a range of restaurants and bars. In addition, there is a forest located around a 5-minute drive away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 66 apartments located in two 3-storey buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The apartment hotel has family rooms, 66 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For guests who wish to keep active, crazy golf and golf are available. With snorkelling and diving available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and darts. A wellness area with a spa is available at the hotel.     Best value food in S'illot

    Staying at the Arcos Playa annex building and the main restaurant/cafe is just across the road.The breakfasts are served until 1 and are great value for money €7 per person inc tea juice or coffee.Today we had lunch and three meals (burger and chips and salad and a drink) was only €25. It was filling and the service is impeccable (big shout to Martin)If you're in S'illot give this a try you'll not be sorry.

    All comments seem so negative!Facts: excellent location, spacious, flexible, close to a quiet beach, a bit further north to Sa Coma, or south to the cala Morlanda creek.It’s true that there are really low hanging fruits for the direction:- why no sell a kit with dish washing soap, sponge, towel and basic necessities?- same for shower/bath,- just one pan two pots, a kettle and exactly one plate per person,- Finally, providing for rental of towels to go to the beach might be a good business seen the price of excess luggage!Maybe a little investment in the kitchen would bring great returns! (No oven, no microwave).For the rest, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and despite being located right next to the bus stop, very quiet. Close to a residential area.Very quiet and pleasant surroundings.Insider tip: north of s’Illot, close to Sa Coma beach, there is a carrefour supermarket. Next to it is a aquatic park and a nature reserve. At the other side of the reserve, Cala Millor, a big shopping street with loads of restaurants. Located at about 2km.

    I was unsure about staying at the Arcos Plays having read some very negative reviews. I am pleased to say we had a very good stay at the Arcos Playa in a large 2 bedroom apartment . The building is not a new state of the art block of apartments so expect it to be quite basic but still provide everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The 2 separate bedrooms were clean and well furnished, as was the lounge which led onto a nice street facing balcony. There is what is best described as a basic kitchenette , but we hadn`t gone on holiday to cook . The public areas of the apartments are clean and well presented, with comfortable furnishing. The evening entertainment amounts to bingo, quiz or karaoke ......it is not a professional show. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One small negative that didn`t affect us was out apartment on the 3rd floor with no lift ,which would not be good for guests with mobility restrictions. The location is very good, only a very short walk to a good beach. There are shops and restaurants in S`illott and many more in Sa Coma which is less than a 10 minute walk away. I intend to stay at the Arcos Playa again in 2026. It could well be that things get a little chaotic during peak season but for an off season break it was ideal.

    Our apartment was situated across the road from the actual hotel and bar and pool area.. that in itself was not a problem., our balcony though got no sun atall at any time of the day.. it was actually windy and cold out on it where as outside it was sunny and warm., the bar and cafe has WiFi and the food is basic but good.. now.. the pool has no sun either all day.. a bit of sun hits a few of the sun beds and the seated terrace area late afternoon., the pool itself was probably the coldest I’ve ever got into and I’ve been to quite a few places over the years. Probably the reason is that no sun ever hits the water atall.. so this was another disappointment. The location of the hotel is fab! A two minute walk to beach and you can hire sunbeds and a parasol for €15.50 per day. Lovely spot S.Illot .. would return but , not to this particular hotel for the reasons mentioned .. self catering was basic and barely manageable. Two rings and a kettle that you had to boil on the ring.. no oven or microwave but had a toaster. Had a lot better but had worse.. so we ate out a lot..beds were ok too., if you want more toilet rolls just ask at reception and you get them. Take your used towels over mid week and replace them with fresh ones. Also they supply washing up liquid , a dish sponge and cloth. Black bags too and if you need more just ask at reception.,staff friendly and everyone on the resort spoke good English. Not too may shop but enough to do.. Plenty of large bins on the square for your rubbish. We took all our rubbish there and didn’t leave any in the apartment.

    Third time here within 12 months and another fab 5 days always a good little break large clean rooms massive balcony food is nice and the staff are friendly as usual we will be back again next year
