Location

Quietly located in a pine tree forest, this hotel is situated close to countless shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Links to the public transport network are to be found nearby and the beach is about 500 m away.

Facility

The hotel has 10 single rooms and 229 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     Wonderful much needed holiday

    Location fabulous. Lovely hotel Bahamas in S'Arenal. Lovely helpful staff on Reception. Rooms quite nice, good size. Bathroom had great water pressure. Beds comfortable. Towels replaced daily. Room staff very good. All meals had a wide selection of food on offer. All very fresh and food was replaced as it was needed. All dining room staff very helpful especially Paco. Nightly entertainment. Bar staff very pleasant. Ainhon who was the resident entertainer did a very good iob. She engaged the full house every night. Different shows each night. She is a asset to the hotel with her talent. We even had Tom singing The Wonder of You and Alan singing My Way at the Karaoke. Great fun when everybody joined in. All in all a very memorable holiday. Can highly recommend it.

    Holiday from hell - No Sleep

    Was there with my 3 year old and my wife who was pregnant.There was a group of students yelling every night until 3 am and could not get any sleep. They were running around and slamming doors.Staff did nothing about it for 3 days despite us asking to be moved to another room or send security. Security likewise did not help. Spoke to hotel manager, who was very reassuring and agreed for a partial refund but we never got that and she did not reply to any emails Daniel Ruiz, Otros at azuLine Hotel Bahamas & Bahamas II, responded to this review Dear Darie2808, We do our best to guarantee a nice and calm stay to every guest in our hotel.     Too noisy for me

    Location was ok for usThe hotel was spotlessly clean as was our room but the bathroom was old and tired and needs updating. Shower always ran hot and cold couldn’t get an even temperature.Value for money was goodWe had a room overlooking the pool which had a beautiful view but not good for noise level. The entertainment goes on till about 11pm and it feels like it’s in the room with you!! Also as it’s an old hotel the banging of doors and people coming back chatting was noisy and echoey.Food was ok and perfectly adequate for a three star hotel.     It was kind people who rescued our holiday.

    We stayed mid September and had a wonderful holiday as the staff in all areas of the hotel gave an excellent service and in many respects was almost 4 star. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen and was left with no money/cards but reception/manager were very kind and helped us in special ways .The room had a sea view overlooking the pool.IT was cleaned to a very high standard. It also had a safe and fridge. Although the retaurant was busy the staff were very attentive.The Jet2 rep. Lorenzo was also very helpful and took a special interest and did his very best to assist us in different ways.
