Location

This hotel is situated in the holiday resort of Alcúdia, only 250 m from the long, gradually sloping sandy beach. The harbour and the resort centre are 500 m away. There is a stop for the public transport to be found 100 m away.

Facility

The hotel has 234 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     We have just returned from a week at this hotel, all inclusive. All of the bar staff were exceptional, great English and had a laugh and joke with you. So were the entertainment team Milena & Deme, as well as Nuria on reception. The dining staff however were very lax at clearing tables, often tables were left uncleared when there were cues of people waiting to be seated. Breakfast was the best meal of the day, although we found it strange that there were better desserts for breakfast than dinner. The juice at breakfast was also watered down some mornings and wasn’t fresh juice. Lunch one day the wedges were uncooked and dinner chips also uncooked, also not sure how pizza can be gotten wrong… but they managed it. On the fresh food section quite often it was empty of one of the meats, but none of it on the grill cooking. People seemed to be reserving tables for breakfast, lunch & dinner more as our week went on, which I think is wrong at an all inclusive hotel. This caused arguments between guests on more than one occasion. Rooms were small, not big enough to store luggage and clothes, but they were modern and very clean. Same for the balcony, it was a nice size but the metal front let it down. Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would probably come again, however would say there needs to be more variety of foods offered and better desserts at dinner time.

    Visited may 18 to may 28 - 10 nights - all inclusive with Jet2 - overall happy but note comments - reception friendly and helpful as were meals in dining room and maids for room - disappointed in entertainment both day and evening - hot approachable and brisk - hotel does lack a "green space" ie garden area otherwise location perfect for buses etc
