  A lovely stay at the hotel, cleanliness was excellent, food could do with improvement as was very cold but can’t fault service. I arrived with a broken leg so could only relax around the pool and the lifeguard Octavia was so helpful, making sure I had everything I needed, was safe walking around on crutches and even made sure I had enough shade when I fell asleep in the sun!   Worst hotel in mallorca

  Heat didn't work. Elevators didn't work. Vent falling out of ceiling. Room was tiny. When we asked for blankets bc the heat was off they told us there was no more blankets the hotel....... When pressed the reception called house keeping up. Hotel staff didn't seem to care but would apologize so you didn't get too angry while offering no solutions. We asked for a new room and they told us it was possible. When we checked online an upgrade was the same price as our room but reception just didn't want to help us. Our room was next to elevator and could hear nagging clanking of guests staff and machinery.   Unsafe, Unhygienic & Poorly Run – Avoid

  Absolutely shocking experience at Bahia Principe Sunlight Coral Playa.There was glass in the swimming pool for the first 3 days of our stay. We had to remove it ourselves while the lifeguard did nothing. My partner cut their finger, and no apology or help was offered. It was only once more guests arrived that we noticed the pool was finally being cleaned. Completely unacceptable and dangerous.Food hygiene was just as bad. We were served undercooked chicken and our group became unwell. The milk at the buffet was warm, which says everything about their standards.Service was consistently poor. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and inconsistent. We weren’t even given basic information at check-in (WiFi, times, towels), yet watched other guests receive it.On top of that: • Charged for a kettle with no pricing shown • Bar closed at 8pm with no staff • Given false information about late check-out, then treated badly when we queried it • Facilities like the sauna advertised but not availableThis hotel fails on basic safety, hygiene, and customer service.   Another wonderful stay at Bahia Principe Sunlight Coral Playa

  Once again, we had an amazing week at the Bahia Principe Sunlight Coral Playa hotel. This was our third stay here, and I truly hope we’ll keep coming back for many years to come.We always book a week in October, and I highly recommend this time of year if you prefer warm but not overly hot weather. The temperatures are usually around 25°C during the day and stay pleasantly mild at night, around 20°C. The sea is still beautifully warm after the summer, usually about 23°C — perfect for swimming!Another big advantage of coming in October is that there are no crowds, so it’s easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beach, which is very important to me because I love the sea view from the balcony and the soothing sound of the waves. I definitely recommend paying a little extra for a room with a sea view — it’s absolutely worth it.The entire hotel is spotless, and the staff do an incredible job. They are always friendly, smiling, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. We always choose the half-board option, which includes breakfast and dinner. The food is delicious, with a great variety of dishes, so everyone will find something they like.Thank you once again to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
