    Cockroaches!!! Stay away. We reserved 2 rooms during during motorcycle trip. Both had cockroaches. Refused to refund money . Had to find new place to stay. Out our money. Pull out mini fridge and watch them scatter. And I'm not talking just a couple.     Returning Customer Very Disappointed 😔

    We have stayed here several other times. Very disappointed this stay. Cons: We rented an xtra large king for a week. We walked in 1st night. No toilet Paper, no sink stoppers in the sink or tub. Tub had permanent dirt in the tub bottom. The toilet bowl would not refill when flushed. We had to lift the tank lid to start the water. When it did refill it had a loud high pitched noise. Management was not concerned about it. The soap dispensers were full but housekeeping had to come and burp the air out for us to use. Bathroom floor could be cleaner. Housekeeping was an ongoing issue. Forgot to empty our waist basket, Didn’t give us refill on Kleenex when empty and failed to make our bed once during our stay.Pros: staff was friendly, Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean and fluffy mostly. No bad smells in roomNice refrigerator and small microwave. I did clean them prior to using. 😉Breakfast area was clean. Minimal continental breakfast. Concerns: Fruit could be fresher and ran out fast if you didn’t get there early. One milk container for everyone to touch. May not come back.     Absolutely awful! Dirty, dirty, dirty. We would not have stayed if we could have gotten a room somewhere else. Do NOT stay here! I do not understand the positive reviews. They have to be fake. Yuck!-had to ask for new sheets because they were filthy-there were clothes left under the bed-mold in bathtub-sink facade was falling off-dead bugs on the wall Samantha Harris, Owner at Red Roof Inn & Suites Danville, Il, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and choosing us for your stay .     Kaley- overnight staff- so helpful. We had some personal barriers getting to the hotel/Illinois, however Kaley reassured us we would not lose our room or be counted as a no show. The hotel/room is very clean, the staff are very nice, and it is in a good area. No worries or concerns, and actually we are extending our stay at this location for a few more nights!     The hotel is old. The place is rundowns. AC smells.Bathtub can’t even use to bath. I got my girl friend a bathbomb and can’t even use it because the bathtubs look unclean and we can plug the bath.I also got a tiny buddy to accompany.
