Location

This apartments hotel is quietly located just across the quay from the nearest sandy beach (300 m away). The centre of Ca'n Picafort, with its many shops and nightclubs, is just a short distance away (500 m). Palma airport is 65 km away and may be reached in just 40 minutes on public transport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 20 apartments, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     I booked 4 nights in this lovely hotel on a half board basis The whole experience was amazing From great warm welcomes to knowing nothing was a problem. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Reception and front of house excellent.The food was really fantastic. I had breakfast and dinner and would highly recommend this hotel The choice and standard were exceptional. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and will definitely come back A huge thanks to all the team

    Luna Fatima hotel is a perfect choice to stay in Fatima, very friendly staff, rooms have a big size offering a kettle in the room, breakfast offers a wilde variety ( nothing is missing) even option for Lactose and Gluten Free ( offering great attention to detail and to clients). bed was super large, me and my husband slept with our daughter and there was enought space for all matress super confortable and very clean in all áreas. will definately stay here again and again.     One rude staff can ruin everything

    Was wowed when we arrived at the hotel seeing all the 8 and 9 ratings from popular tour apps. Location was perfect as they had McDonalds next door and and a huge supermarket (Continente), 3 min walk away. It was also walking distance to the Sanctuary and the rooms were ok. Then dinner came and the nightmare started. We learned that our tour handler did not include drinks in our dinner package so we had to pay for water. We asked the waiter if we can bring our own drinks then since we were provided in the tour bus. The response was affirmative so the next night we brought our drinks. Upon entering the dining area, the manager of the dining area, with a loud voice stopped me that drinks purchased outside were not allowed. Tried to explain that we asked his waiter the other night but he said no and even shouted "BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PAY FOR WATER IN YOUR DINNER PACKAGE" as if trying to embarass us with the other guests. We paid so much money for our tour and we did not know that the travel agent did not pay for water, so he should not judge us. I felt it was a racist remark because he could have just told us politely about the policy. We really felt unwanted that night.     This was a very reasonable hotel, the price matched the room quality and ambiance. Nothing special but clean and comfortable. Staff were OK, unfortunately not very knowledgeable about Fatima, so not very helpful. Close to the Fatima activities.     Of all places we have stayed in, this hotel wowed us completely. Booked a half board and it turned out to be the best thing I ever did. Service is first class. Staff very friendly and ready to help. Will even teach you Portuguese if you are patient enough. Food was lovely. Rooms perfect. We go to Fatima every year and now we definitely know where we will be staying when next we visit.would give this hotel a 20 star if there was one.
