This beach hotel is located on a small side street, close to the beautiful sandy Cala Mayor beach. The centre of Palma de Mallorca and the marina lie approximately 5 km from the hotel.     Zero flexibility and hostile customer service

    If you value customer service, stay far away from this place I made a booking error and contacted the hotel immediately within 24 hours to rectify it. Despite reaching out right away, I was met with total arrogance and zero willingness to help. There is no "grace period" or understanding here—only a cold, hostile refusal to show even the slightest bit of goodwill. For a business in the hospitality industry, their lack of empathy and flexibility is scandalous. If you value customer service, stay far away from this place

    This is a really lovely hotel. The location is fabulous. The rooms are clean and simple. We loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was wonderful. We would definitely return.

    It was a great vacation. The hotel staff was always helpful. Breakfast was always good and there was plenty to choose from. When we had a problem with the balcony door, it was resolved right away. The hotel is in a great location.     A great hotel with a wonderful staff. The view from our balcony was fantastic! The hotel is situated perfectly by the beach and close to the main street in a quiet area. Easily accessible by bus or taxi to Palma. Cala Major, however, is a bit boring - not very many restaurants or bars.

    One was about the double bed, where the two single beds were separated, this was the problem, and one was also The siphon that was pulled could be heard completely during the night or in the morning and you could not sleep one Regarding the fact that the smell of the toilet was coming into the room from other floors, and the ventilation was not good enough to create this obstacle, thank you. ⁠
