Location

This apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Porto Colom, close to Cala Marçal beach (approximately 500 m). A selection of shopping and entertainment venues is to be found in the town centre, close by. Links to the public transport network are situated directly in front of the hotel. There is a hospital and a train connection to Palma in Manacor, around 22 km away. The transfer time to the airport in Palma takes just over an hour.

Facility

The hotel has 28 rooms and 14 apartments, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, room service and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

    The customer service here is amazing they are so friendly and we had the paella which was lovely and fresh, defo recommend coming here for paella when in Portocolom :) we stayed at visamar which is around the corner :)

    Lovely family run business. Tommy and Maria (and staff) make you feel like part of the family. Located close to the marina and its restaurants, as well as the beach which is only a 10 minute walk its offers a lot. I mustn't forget that Bella Maria also offers restaurant facilities, and a lovely selection of food from breakfast through to dinner. Rooms are spacious, but not too sure if they offer double beds (we had two singles but no drama). Thanks for making our break so relaxing.

    We booked this very last minute and were amazed at the hotel, staff and excellent service. The room we had was spacious and clean, towel and sheet change every 2 days. We were treated to a glass of champagne on arrival along with a very warm welcome . The room had a few quirks nothing awful. Location was perfect. The food is cheep but excellent quality. The staff were excellent. We will defiantly visit again.

    Very good family driven apartment hotel with a restaurant. The owners and staff are very hospitable. Tomeu has been in the business in the area for a long time and can give good advice. Our apartment had two balconies in different directions. The AC was modern and worked well, kitchen utensils were in good condition. Comfortable beds but they may be short for tall people. We had bicycles which we could have in a locked room on the ground floor. It is very good value. I would definitely stay here again.

    Lovely clean well kept aps always clean bedding and towels changed every two days very close to harbour and beach and centre of town. Tomeu wife and staff always very friendly and helpful couldnt call the apartment at allThe only drawback to me was the pool area was taken over most days at 3pm by the local spanish with all the kids running round also when time to come home for transport time was told about 10 am waited till 10-36 had asked Tomeu 3 times about it when i asked for help more or less got a shrug of the shoulders i ran to the bar citrus asked Paul and Dawn for help and was taken to airport otherwise still be in mallorca Just think Tomeu should be able to contact and find out the pick up times or tell you how to When i asked at the desk in Palma my pick up time was 8-40 .Just brought a sad ending to a beautiful stay here
