    Shocking service and dirty...

    Leaving a 1 star review is giving the hotel a compliment because not even worth a 1 star.. Rooms are filthy, cleaner only manage to change towels nothing else and we were here a week until I complained.. nasic toilets you need to walk to reception as aren't put in room...I always tip cleaners well becuase they do a hard job which very few appreciate but here never seen anything like it.... Reception front of house are nothing but rude.. Told to check for late check out at 8am on morning you leaving walked all the way there to be told come back in 30 minutes then tried to pronounce my name and did so wrongly her attitude when corrected was a disgrace ,, Then when checking out told nothing about where to store suitcases and again receptionist seemed to be inconvenienced when asked..... The restaurant plenty of nice food and good enough choice and also snack bar ok, also bar staff nice but the rest and front of house shocking... I have never stated anywhere like this before and why jet2 are advertising I will never understand...

    I have had an amazing experience here at Bellevue club came to the show at 8:00 for the mini disco of the entertainment team and Greta was outstanding! We also like the location of the hotel, it was close to the beach, just a couple minutes! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!     It was amazing me and my family enjoyed it really well, nice people, workers and entertainment team! The location was amazing, the beach was so close. We had all inclusive and the food was delicious. Me and my sister danced the night away.
