Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Alcúdia Bay and only 500 m from a white sandy beach. Various restaurants, bars and shopping venues are about 100 m from the hotel, which is some 200 m away from links to the local public transport network and within 5 km of the town of Alcúdia and its marina.

Facility

The hotel has 2 lifts and features 32 junior suites and 210 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet is a delicious reason to rise and shine. A generous buffet is prepared for all three main mealtimes, and guests also have the option of ordering à la carte or choosing a set menu at lunch.     Excellent hotel. Clean and bright with nice decor. Pool and spa all top notch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar and snack food were value for money. Breakfast was 10/10.     Excellent hotel - 4th visit and still fantastic!

    We have stayed at this hotel four times now and that alone says everything.Each visit has been consistently excellent and we always feel welcome from the moment we arrive.The half board is great value - breakfast offers plenty of choice and fresh options, the evening meals are varied tasty and well organized. The di Ing area is clean and staff work hard to keep everything running smoothly.The hotel itself is well maintained, comfortable and has relaxed holiday atmosphere. Rooms are clean and facilities are very good. And overall experience is always enjoyable.Thank you to all the staff for Theo friendliness and professionalism. We have had another wonderful stay and will definitely return again.     A very pleasant stay, the hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are responsive and helpful. The menu was very varied and the food itself excellent. Pilsner Urquell beer is also on offer, super. We were very satisfied.     Location: Playa De Muro just outside Alcudia you can walk or take a 6/8 minutes on a bus.Atmosphere: From the minute you walk into this hotel you are greeted with a lovely smell filtering through the vents to a lovely smile from the reception staff the Atmosphere is lovely.Rooms: We have stayed twice at this hotel first time in a normal double room but this time we upgraded to a junior suite and Wow outstanding from the coffee machine cold drinks replenished every day to the large balcony and much more room very nice indeed.Value; We stayed Half Board and the value for money was very good did not want for anything.Cleanliness: Outstanding throughout the whole Hotel cannot fault at all.Noise: None what so ever with being an Adult only hotel it is lovely and peaceful. Service; Again outstanding cannot fault the service in any part of the hotel.Amenities: Everything you need is at the hotel and local amenities surrounding the hotel are very good to.     Location: Playa De Muro just a walk if you like walking to Alcudia or a 6 minutes on a bus which is so easy to use we love the location.Atmosphere of the Hotel is lovely from the minute you walk in hitting a lovely smell filtering through the vents to the friendly staff at reception.Rooms: We have stayed twice in this hotel first in a normal double room which was very nice but this time upgraded to a junior suite and boy it was well worth it fresh coffee cold drinks replenished everyday. The space in these rooms and the balconies was fantastic.Value; We stayed Half Board very good value for moneyCleanliness: Outstanding everywhere Noise level; Very quiet hotel which is what we like with being an Asults only hotel.Service; Is above and beyond in all areas.We as a family if 5 Adults cannot fault this Hotel and we will be back for a third time soon.
