Location

This beach hotel is situated directly in the tourist centre and in the middle of a wonderful pine grove. Links to the public transport network are also to be found in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Ca'n Picafort is only a few steps away (around 200 m) and guests will find a supermarket close to the hotel. In addition, plenty of shops, countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found in the neighbourhood. The nearest wonderful, inviting, sandy beach and the turquoise blue sea are approximately 500 m away.

Facility

406 non-smoking rooms, including 5 single rooms, are located on 14 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy crazy golf and horse riding. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes water aerobics and aquafit, with windsurfing, paddle boating, snorkelling and diving available for a fee. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and yoga or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never fails to impress. The staff are absolutely amazing in every area and level of the hotel … friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make every stay special…The hospitality and welcome you receive from the moment you arrive at Reception are second to none.The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, every area is maintained to an exceptionally high standard … bedrooms, communal areas and outside grounds!There are plenty of optional daytime activities organised by the wonderful Animation Team, as well as a variety of excellent evening entertainment. The bar staff are superb, hardworking and always providing a friendly smile. The restaurant offers a great variety of food choices and caters well for dietary requirements, with the chefs always happy to assist where needed. Once again, the staff in there are welcoming.The pools and facilities are fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds, parasols and seating areas. One highlight is the incredible rooftop Sky Bar (18+), which offers breathtaking views across the bay of Alcudia. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and an amazing spot to watch the sunset.It is located in a great spot in Ca’n Picafort and I would personally recommend the local transport to take the time to go and explore the beauty of the island. I highly recommend this hotel and always look forward to returning time and time again. Another truly outstanding experience. Thank you to everyone !! 🙏

    Cheap all inclusive break…. Check was efficient informative and welcoming . ( Russian guy ! He was great ! Room on arrivalWas spotless. Kitchen area rust on the fridge and cutlery not the cleanest . good large balcony. The food however was not great the service at the restaurant was absolutely outrageous. Pigs at a trough come to mind ! No organisation , no one greeting guests and showing them to tables ! No labels on any of the food so it was a guessing game ! Pool are busy but you can get sunbeds ! Bar Staff super miserable apart from one young lady in the indoor bar ! Day two my 4 year old was extremely poorly after eating in the hotel it ruined the whole entire holiday back and forth pharmacies doctors. We witnessed numberous toilets and bins full of vomit we avoided the restaurant after that. We could not fault the room maids they was up continuously changing bedding and towels for us to accommodate for our daughters sickness ! We ended up flying home early at a huge cost to us !

    The hotel was very clean and tidy throughout our stay, and the rooms were spotless and well looked after. Tony in the restaurant was especially helpful and provided excellent service, which really stood out.However, we were quite disappointed with the food, as it was often very cold. Meal times also felt very overcrowded and chaotic at times, which made the dining experience less enjoyable — it felt a bit like feeding time at the zoo.We also found it strange that, despite being an all-inclusive holiday, there was no option for a packed lunch on days out. This is something we would normally expect from an all-inclusive package.That said, apart from the food and lunch situation, we had a very pleasant stay overall and appreciated how clean and comfortable the hotel was.

    Every part of our week at Tonga Towers was immaculate. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful reception staff who let us know our apartment room was ready and that we could start using all the All Inclusive facilities as soon as we arrived, despite being a little earlier than check in allowed. Every member of staff we encountered was polite and couldn't do enough to help, from bar staff, chefs and housekeeping. The restaurant staff were particularly attentive and we were always greeted with smiles. Staying on the restaurant; the choice, quality and quantity of food available was outstanding. There was always meat on the grill, usually also plenty of seafood. Fresh salads and breads and pizza and pasta. We experienced a couple of 'themed' evenings that included a sushi bar, and a build your own burger bar, and also a Mexican evening. I really enjoyed sampling some traditional Majorcan meats and cheeses too.. it was fantastic that these were available and highlighted. Overall though the seafood was a standout. All incredibly presented too. I'm not sure if we landed on a slightly less busy week, but we had no problem securing sun loungers in the Sky Bar area, open to over 18's only, it was a more chilled place to lie out, and again the bar staff up there were great. But if you are going with young family the main pool area was excellent, a huge pool with shallow areas, a lazy river and day beds. You can also hire towels with a refundable deposit - helps on the luggage space! As part of our stay we could access the 'Tasting Menu' in the Sky Bar for one evening. This was also phenomenal. The service, and menu was first class. I wouldn't hesitate to return to or recommend this hotel. A perfect stay.
