Location

This apartment complex is quietly located just 300 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Sa Comas. The centre with its countless shopping and entertainment venues can easily be reached on foot and it is worth paying a visit to the town of Cala Millor that lies some 4 km away and that can easily be reached by making use of public bus service that departs from a stop located just 250 m from the complex. The airport is about 70 km away.

Facility

Units include 42 apartments located in a 4-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

    Stayed in 2 apartments for 10 days. Staff were lovely, apartments were clean. Limited kitchen utensils but had all the basics we needed. The freezer part of the fridge didn't work and stayed wet, but the fridge worked fine. Apartments were cleaned twice a week and beds and towels changed. On a personal note- the beds were uncomfortably hard for my husband and I. We ended up sleeping on the sofas, which were perfect. Pool and pool area was run down (flaking paint and tiles off) but I'd expect that at the end of a season and it didn't stop us using or enjoying the pool. One side of the pool stayed in the shade for the whole day. There was limited space for loungers on the sunny side but at no point did we have to fight for loungers although the apartments were all in use, the pool was usually quite quiet. There is a little bar/shop on site that sells ice creams, crisps and a selection of drinks including a delicious Pina colada. Location is handy for shops and restaurants and easy walking distance to S'illiot for even more choice. Beach was 5-7 min walk away. Reception have parasols you can borrow which is a nice touch. This was a nice, quiet location with the majority of other guests being Spanish, German with a few English speaking families.     Apartments are clean and very good value for money had everything you need with friendly staff and one a few minutes walk to beach second time here would definitely go again !!     Great location only a short walk to the beach and shops restaurants.Atmosphere is lovely very quiet when we visited in October .
