Location

This lively beach hotel is situated on the outskirts of S'Illot. From its favourable location, guests are within walking distance of both the beach and the tourist centre. Countless shops as well as restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs are located in the immediate vicinity. Public transport links are located within a few paces of the hotel's entrance, enabling easy access into the city centre.

Facility

10 single rooms and 84 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Central heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested.     I went away for a holiday with my friend wanting somewhere affordable. I was reading the reviews and was nervous about going there. However, for the price you are paying it’s somewhere to stay to rest your head for the night. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Unfortunately there was just a fan in the room, but it was just enough air coming from it to survive the heat.Cleaners came every day to clean your room, as well as give you fresh towels. The breakfast was the same everyday however, what are you expecting for the price. I’m glad to say that I enjoyed my stay here and don’t listen to the bad reviews as it’s just people expecting more for the cheap price as they are entitled. Coming from someone who has travelled to third world countries and staying in worse accommodation, it’s not at all bad.

    Hotel was so amazing me and my wife fell in love as soon as we arrived room had air con what a treat 😁Food we only had breakfast but was 10/10 Quality our third time he cart wait to visit again June 26

    Great little hotel! Please don't let the bad reviews put you off. Came here with a friend for 4 nights & had no complaints at all. Room was huge, ended up being upgraded to a 1 bed with seperate lounge, by the lovely chap on Reception. Towels, toilet rolls provided daily by the fab cleaning team. Friendly, helpful staff throughout, got us taxis etc. Breakfast was great, always busy down there which is telling, usual choice of eggs, bacon, sausage etc plus fresh baked croissants, pain au chocolate (lush), lovely fresh warm mini rolls & rustic mini baguettes, the best sliced meats selection I've seen anywhere, fresh melon, fruits & proper butter you really couldn't go far wrong. Yes it needs updating in parts, new sunbeds etc, but seriously, bore off it's a fab little 2* hotel set in a great location in a lovely, safe resort 🤗

    Stayed here with my husband for 4 days .The hotel is a little bit tired, could do with a bit of updating . No air con in the room or kettle . A fan was provided which was grand and we just brought a portable kettle so problems solved .The bed was really comfy and the room was clean . The staff where polite and friendly.We did this holiday on a budget so the negatives didn't bother us that much .Beautiful place to visit and the hotel is central to everything. We will definitely be back

    Basic . Poor service . Towels toilet roll not replaced. No air conditioning. Rooms are dated . Corridors are dark and grubby. Pool area is fine . Sun beds are filthy cushions are dirty. Breakfast buffet ok . Hairdryer doesnt work. Would never stay here again . Saw a rat in hotel lobby also
