Location

The peaceful town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, with its fishing harbour, is surrounded on both sides with the beautiful natural Mallorcan beaches. This hotel is ideal for couples with or without children, due to the relaxed atmosphere, the wonderful beach and the plentiful sports facilities on offer. There are various shopping venues, restaurants, bars as well as the sea 500 m from the hotel. Between the beach and the hotel there is a shuttle service offered.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2023. The resort has a lift and features 395 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Other services include a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A business centre with fax machine, projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. The conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. 6 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 14 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area (no extra charge). A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the resort, for example volleyball, archery and jogging or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis, paddle tennis and horse riding. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and yoga or, for a fee, billiards. The complex offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include anti-ageing treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa, a hammam and a beauty salon. Third-party operators offer a beauty salon. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. The resort also offers snacks. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and international brands.

    Beautiful resort with a chilled & friendly atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean & super comfortable topped off with perfect room clean every day. The main restaurant was faultless with lots of choice & we were very impressed with the high quality of food at all meals. Overall noise level in & around resort was good & there were endless amenities if wanted but if not required all public areas were clean, comfortable & a pleasure to experience. Treated myself to a back, neck & shoulder massage with Mamu who was exceptional. He listened to exactly what I wished to achieve & was skilled & professional. Overall would say Blau Colonia Sant Jordi was definitely value for money & will be returning as soon as we can.     Love the hotel, regular visitor but let down by poor service at the pool area

    Come at least once a year for the last 10 years. Great hotel, food is fabulous as are the rooms. Cleaners, restaurant and reception staff all first class. But far too often we will take a table in the poolside dining area and be ignored by staff who are busy chatting with each other inside the empty bar area.
