Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this hotel is situated in a quiet area in Cala d'Or, near a sandy beach.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2024. 213 apartments and 66 studios are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 7 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 3 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy bocce and volleyball. For a fee, tennis is also available. The water sports offered include aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, yoga and aerobics. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The hotel includes a buffet restaurant and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks.

    This hotel is not a 4 star hotel at most a 2 star food is terrible ,poor selection ,breakfast is ok ,lunch no selection and dinner likewise how it is travellers choice i cant understand .

    Amazing as usual.The Dutch recptionist was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy.The food is amazing especially mexican night on Wednesday. Chilli con carne! Wow! Special shout out to the egg man at breakfast. What a legend! And always smiling.All the waiters are so friendly and nice. Nadia and victor were especially nice. And of course the one, the only Mariano!The pools are so clean and nice. Always loads of space around it.plenty of sunbeds.The gardens are so beautifuly kept. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The cleaners were lovely.And finally the best ones.Luis, Pablo, Marco, Laura, Diana, Silvia and the Dutch animator. Wow so lovely and friendly. They danced so amazing and they are just lovely people.     Pleasant short stay but not 4 star experience

    We had a pleasant stay for 4 nights in May,but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Our room was spacious, but had a terrible smell of bad drains. I complained about this to reception,but it did not resolve it. The food was ok, but you have to pay to use the a la carte restaurant and pizzeria, even if you are all inclusive. The hotel is close to a nice beach , which we went to most days, as it was difficult to get a sunbed with a parasol at the hotel.The entertainment team work very hard and the evening shows were good.     I cant belive they are still having problems with air con ,we were there july 25 and there were serious problems then ,people being asked to move being told air con would be fixed shortly ,only one shower to use if you have a late flight is ridiculous,the queues were horrendous last july,this hotel needs to have a total refurb
