  Avoid! Rooms dated, Bathroom stinks of damp. Aircon in rooms is non existent, doesn’t work well. View from room 632 is nothing but a dirty eye sore of back of hotel. Which resulted us not using the balcony.Safe is at an extra cost.3 nights and towels not changed once.Location very close 3 min walk to the port / beach. Didn’t eat at hotel so cannot comment, absolutely no atmosphere in any area of hotel.I am a regular visitor to Mallorca, I amCertain I will not return to this hotel.I had requested an extended checkout of 2.5hrs which I agreed to pay €25. Upon leaving, I hadn’t been asked to pay and assumed the charge would be applied to the card used for my booking. After agreeing a late checkout housekeeping manager entered room whilstIn the shower despite agreeing an extended stay of 2.5hours. As we were leaving, the receptionist called out across the lobby for payment in a manner that felt quite rude and embarrassing. When I apologised and said I assumed it would be charged to my card I booked with, abruptly saying how and shrugging shoulders and hands in the air.I was, of course, happy to pay immediately, but I felt the situation could have been handled more politely, discreetly and professionally!!!! I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed in future.   We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights self catering. The beds were comfy and the location of the hotel was great. There are shops right outside and lots of restaurants close by. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from the old town an is only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Our room was very clean on arrival. However our room was then not cleaned for 2 days. Our towels were only changed once and we had to request our room be cleaned. When our room was cleaned it was only the beds that were made. The bathroom was not cleaned nor was the floor in our room that remained sandy after our visit to the beach. The tiles in the bathroom were all cracked and the shower felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while as the water came out like a jet wash. The pool area is very small. We went self catering however there were no facilities in our room to accommodate this. We had a fridge, no kettle, no microwave and no cutlery which made it very difficult to eat in. You also have to pay to store your luggage if you have a later flight. We ended up spending most of our time out of the hotel. It had a good location for the area but I wouldn’t recommend.   Had a lovely week at Blue Sea Piscis. Receipton staff helpful, room 421 very clean, room lacked draws but we managed. As there was a party of 10 we would meet in the bar some nights service was fine as never overly busy but staff would shut down at 10.45 with no warning. Maybe they could say they are closing & would anyone like serving. This has not affected my overall pleasure at staying here. Perfect location, breakfast good, coffee lovely. Pool area clean, good quality pool towels provided. Would we stay again ?   Positives. Reception area bar and pool all clean and well looked after. The star is Laura. She works so hard, and I'd say does the work of 3. Literally never stops. Poolside food ok. Pool towels provided sunbeds clean .Negatives. Rooms dated and dismal. Just one sheet on each bed. No pillow or stress protectors. There was one quilt to put over the sheet, but no cover on it, just bare quilt. Had to ask twice for room to be serviced. Balcony table was filthy. Bathroom had brown stains on the ceiling and water dripped down. Breakfast. Microwave is king. Everything cold or luke warm at best though coffee good.This hotel if just ok... does just enough but very very basic.   Lovely hotel and staff always ready to help and spotlessly clean and food was very good lots of choice ,the only problem was our room was on the side were the smugglers den and the Irish bar Shamrock we were kept awake till 3/4am in the morning not music but loud people would stay again but not in the rooms near these bars BLUESEA Hotels, Atención al cliente/recepción at BLUESEA Piscis Adults Only, responded to this review Hello Edwina, Thank you so much for your kind words.
