  Beds are absolutely horrible and work. Not up to the Hilton standard. The amenities are ok.

  I was very impressed with this hotel! The lobby area was spacious and attractive. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety (cooked to order omelets and eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, bisquits, muffins, oatmeal, pastries, and great fresh cut fruit). All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and hospitable- they truly stood out! My room was so quiet and spacious (seemed much larger than the average chain hotel and it was just a room, not a suite) - plenty of lighting, very comfortable bed and choice of pillow types (very important to me for a feather pillow instead of thick and hard!!), I loved the LVP flooring instead of carpet. The room and the bathroom were impeccably clean- bonus points for such nice (Crabtree and Evelyn) toiletries, the deep bathtub, plenty of fluffy towels and hooks for towels or robe. Even the appliances (mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave) seemed new and a step up from many chain hotel amenities. The steamer was a nice addition- I did use it. The evening reception offered happy hour prices on beer, wine and house brand liquor with cheese & crackers, chips & salsa, tuna salad and crackers, etc. for snacks. There is a nice amount of lobby seating areas adjacent to the bar area. It was also nice that there was a grill open 5-10 p.m. where you could order burgers, wings, pizzas, salads, and entrees which made it nice not to have to leave the hotel to pick up food. I visit this area regularly to see family and have tried every hotel in that immediate area as well as those in Madison and I have finally found "THE one"! I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will be back!   Very nice updates but no chargers

  The renovations are very nice and done well. Very impressive compared to the original hotel. All said I drive an EV and the chargers here never seem to work and that creates a tremendous problem and almost gets me stranded. As an Engineer and business owner it's easy to see the issue of people backing into the chargers causing damage. Chargers need a better location and a protective barrier which is a simple fix. I own a business that can help with this if interested.

  I actually rate this hotel 5/5 stars, very nice area, easy to get back on the interstate, rooms were very clean and nice decor, breakfast was great. I recommend the Philly cheese steak omelette!   Worst experience ever

  Worst experience ever. Wish I could give it lower than one star. Football fans yelled, laughed and roamed all night long. Even though our room was “renovated”, the AC didn’t work on the lovely 95 degree day, The TV in my parents’ room didn’t work. The front desk personnel were afraid to confront the rowdy guests, so they had run off the place. The “coup de grace” was the morning breakfast. My intent to get some gravy for my biscuits suddenly dissipated when a hungover guest licked the spoon and put it back into the pan. I’ll sleep under a bridge before I ever stay there again.
