Location

    Can't comment on the food as we were room only which tbh I don't know why you'd pay to eat here with the amount of incredible places to eat nearby. Manjares, the bakery across the road, is amazing! Plus being right next to the port there are so many gorgeous bars and restaurants.Room was nice and comfy, loved the pillow menu! TV has several UK channels but isn't a SmartTV just fyi for anyone wondering lolPlenty of sunbeds where you could get sun all day. We preferred the upper terrace with the day beds.Staff were lovely and the vibe was nice and chill.My ONLY minus is the glass in our balcony was black so you couldn't see through it which seems a trivial problem but I enjoy sitting and watching the world pass by but felt I was just sat in a small box. Majority of the balconies have clear glass so unsure why the ones on either end of the building are blacked out!

    Fabulous room, staff amazing, but didn’t feel this was a 5 star hotel. Didn’t like the repetitive food in the restaurant, everything covered in sauces. Breakfast was great for cereal, fruit etc, but you had to order cooked food and it was very limited. This is not somewhere I would stay again.

    Close to the beach. The room was spacious, and we were upgraded upon arrival, which was a huge bonus. The interior design was very beautiful—not only in the room but throughout the hotel. During our one-week stay, our bedding was changed and the room was cleaned every day.It can be noisy, as the rooms don’t seem to be fully soundproof. Another big plus for me was the option to choose from several types of pillows. The mattress was soft and bouncy, which wasn’t our favorite.The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, and we were greeted with prosecco upon arrival.On the downside, the breakfast was very basic, which surprised us for a 5-star hotel. The parking lot was half empty, but we were still asked to pay, as parking on the street is nearly impossible.All in all, a very good hotel, and I would gladly return.

    Great stay, would definitely stay here again.We had a meal one evening in the restaurant, reasonably priced and excellent.Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the all the staff were friendly and helpful.

    We only spent one night at Alcudia Port Suites. Our room was beautiful with French windows out to the swimming pool area. The bed was very comfortable.
