    Did not stay at the hotel (it looks charming!) but had a delightful and delicious pre-fixe lunch (including a glass of vino) high above the hustle and bustle. Three lovely courses, beautifully prepared with great service. Cannot recommend highly enough.     A lovely old building in the Born district which is 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Rooms are on the small side but have working aircon and have a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is a really interesting old building and breakfast is served after 8am and is of high quality with hot and cold selection.     Amazing location absolutely perfect for a girly break in the city. Lovely staff, spotlessly clean, only slight criticism is the noise in the room of an evening from the bar, but the bar itself whilst there is a lovely space, a small indoor bar would also be a great addition.     Fantastic old style hotel. Staff amazing so helpful with everything. Breakfast was also good.. lovely sitting in courtyard for breakfast and to come back at night and have a drink. Very central to everything. Maybe a little pricey but again it is in centre of palma. Would recommend to my friends and would stay again if I came bk to Palm.     I must admit before arriving and after reading some of the reviews my wife and I were a little hesitant. However we found the hotel delightful. Firstly the location could not have been better. The staff were warm and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. It was on the second floor and yes there is not a lift but it wasn't a problem to us. The breakfasts were of a good quality and there was in our opinion. good choice. The only down side was noise from the courtyard. we didn't find it as bad as other mentioned so that didn't deter us.
