Location

The attractive complex is to be found in Playa de Muro, only roughly 500 m from the beach and 300 m from the centre of the resort. A number of shopping venues lie within 4 km of the hotel. Restaurants and bars are located approximately 100 m away. Alcudia's harbour is roughly 5 km away and may be easily reached by taking advantage of public transport connections (bus services), which depart directly from a location directly by the complex.

Facility

203 apartments are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Hotel in an ok location. The hotel grounds are nice. Rooms ok, the cleaning staff did a good work. The food (all inclusive) was decent. The kids were very pleased with the stay. I found the hotel ok. Three stars from me, five from the kids = four stars

    second time at this hotel and cant fault a thing, great family friendly hotel and the entertainment team are what makes the holiday, from the mini club to the water activities to the mini disco, always smiling lots of energy and so friendly, my kids loved them. would deffintly return again without a doubt.

    Very good hotel for families. Good food and drinks. Great entertainment and activities for children and adults. Today, clean and friendly staff. Only downside is the rooms and the noisy restaurant - some sound absorbents would be needed

    Fantastic, Great food, great staff. Lovely selection of pools and playgrounds. Fantastic for kids. Very safe. Quiet at night. Apartment was good, cleaned daily. Sofa bed is one mattress on sofa and one pull out one underneath but very comfy. Couldn't fault a thing!

    Just got back from a 1 week break from here! Honestly for the price it’s was really good we felt. The food was good enough with a selection of different food choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The snack bar by the pool was good too, only issue was it could be cold at times but I think mostly with it being low season and there was a lot of wind. Bar at the pool was good too only downside I felt was no cocktails till after 5:30pm (other alcohol is available) but for people like me who mostly prefer cocktails this was a bit disappointing. Entertainment team were fab and high energy too! Big shout out to Jennifer and Marianna (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) they got everyone involved and was a good laugh. Rooms were nice and cleaned most days and fresh towels when needed, the bathroom floor is a bit lethal after a shower the steam would soak the floor (even with the window open) so be carful. Location was great too 10 mins to the beach if that, lots of shops and places to eat if you dance a change of food. Bus was cheap up to Alcudia too. Overall was a good holiday, staff were nice and good value for money
