    Great location, very clean, maid service daily. Had a good breakfast, something for everyone. Loved the 2 pool areas again spotlessly clean. All staff friendly and helpful. My only gripe if I had to give one (and it’s a small one) was we had to hunt down bar staff if we wanted a drink although I do believe this is because we visited early in the season and the hotel wasn’t completely full. Highly recommend and would definitely come again..

    The hotel was perfect for my needs. It is situated close to the shops and beach and some lovely restaurants. I had a single room as I was travelling alone and it was perfect. Very clean, small fridge, comfortable bed. I also needed somewhere to store a bike as I was cycling and the hotel has a great storage space and is geared up to cycling. The breakfast was great, lots of choice both hot and cold. The pool area was very well maintained and there is a second area across the road with a café facility. Although I was a lone traveler, it is great for families too. There was entertainment in the evenings. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend and would go back.

    We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights B&B in May 26, first of all we noted this was a clean hotel. The issues we had was both pool areas was only open from 10am until 6pm (staff was asking people to clear the area from 5.45 pm, the main bar was poorly manned at the main pool even though there is signs on the bar stating th bear was open from 10am to midnight staff had to be got when refreshments was needed, even during busy periods ie show times there was only one bar tender who was slow and seamed quite overwhelmed when there was more than two customers.The restaurant was ok for breakfast although seamed to cater mainly for Germans rather than everyone, not all items was replenished during busy periods and on the only occasion we used the restaurant for evening meal this was the same with not much choice.One warning if you use a coach transfer after a long travel ie 2 hours you will be dropped off 250m away on main shopping street and left to take your luggage up slightly hilly street to hotel which wasn’t ideal as one of our party had mobility issues and Jet2 didn’t advise of this, best getting a private transport from airport.There is an excellent pizza restaurant over the road which we did use a couple times, staff was fantastic and couldn’t do enough highly recommended.

    Beautiful location, close to the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Our balcony overlooked the pool. Great value for money. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Very close to shops and restaurants. The pool was freezing, but the poolside was well maintained with plenty of room to relax. Came for my birthday and had a lovely time.
