Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     very nice, bathroom inside the room, wifi free, cool breakfast, parking infront of the hotel but the neighbours were noisy... the bus station of public bus to palma is just few metres from the hotel
