    We had a fantastic stay at BQ Delfín Azul in Mallorca, and we especially want to thank the amazing animation team — Daniel and Flora!They were absolutely incredible with our kids from day one. Every day they organised fun games and activities and really made an effort to engage with everyone around the pool and hotel. Our children looked forward to seeing them every morning.Daniel is so dynamic, energetic, and genuinely amazing with children. The kids absolutely loved him — he’s a real natural and knows exactly how to make them feel included and excited.Flora was equally wonderful: kind, gentle, full of energy, and always smiling. She seemed to know everyone, and it’s easy to see why everyone loves her. She made such a positive impact on our holiday.Thank you both for making our family holiday so special and memorable!

    Although booking in was a bit slow it was ok.the room was nice.very clean with maid service every day.brrakfast was good with a good selection.entertsinment on the whole was very good with just 3 out of all the acts weren't as good as the others.the staff particularly the bar staff and the animation team were very friendly and also the staff at breakfast.all staff were very good.if I ever return to Alcudia I would definitely stay at the BQ Delphine Azul hotel.the bus stop was just on the corner and the beach a 5 minute leisurely stroll away.Definitely a good hotel in good location with a number of restaurants only a few hundred yards away and a good supermarket next to hotel.would recommend it.
