  Waynesboro Va was a very clean and well kept hotel. Staff was very helpful

  Stayed here on a trip from Florida to NY with a stop to visit friends along the way. I had driven almost 500 miles that day and was exhausted. This was one of the first places that I came across that night.I found the front desk person very friendly, but hard to understand with his accent and my tiredness. I'm retired military and always ask for the military discount. However, I don't think I was given one as I did not see one on the receipt I was given when I checked out.I was not able to log into the Wi-Fi. It went to the page but would not let me put in the access code.The room was clean and the freezer in the refrigerator worked perfectly (something many other motels have problems with.). It was quiet, even though the motel is located close to the interstate and is on a busy highway.Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and muffins. (The coffee was really good!)I would consider staying here again if I were in the area.

  The so called "express" check in does not make checking in any faster. The staff couldn't fulfill a simple request (we asked for 2 extra pillows 24 hours earlier and it wasn't fulfilled. The room was dirty, and we found LOTS of insects in the room. There is a HUGE dirty billboard right outside the room. It looked like something from a horror movie.The room was REALLY expensive. No ice machine! NONE! The cops were called and arrived at 1 am. Apparently this located has a high crime rate. There are other hotels located on the same street.

  Place was dirty, bug infested, ac broken, toilet lid and mini fridge also broken. No breakfast and twin size beds. Complained to corporate but said that the rooms were fine, even though I sent pictures. Don't stay here

  This hotel is right off the interstate, but it's hard to get to. Turn right at the FIRST street on Rosser Ave and you'll get there okay. We drove past it and had to turn around. The sign in front of the hotel was broken in a storm and they (the Indian owners) have not replaced it because it's "very expensive." Unfortunately, the lack of a sign will allow people without a reservation to go to the nearby hotel. Breakfast was either stale bagels or a bowl of cereal, juice and coffee. Seating for only 2 people.
