This lovely apartment hotel is centrally located in the tourist centre of Palma Nova. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity and the resort centre is just 500 minutes away.

Facility

132 apartments are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge).     We have just stayed for 4 nights, family of 4 in a 1 bed apartment. The Hotel has just been refurbished and looks lovely everywhere. rooms are very modern and found the beds comfy but very noisy when you move in them and you can hear the beds moving in the rooms above you. The Downsides was that there was no lift to rooms which wasnt good for taking the suitcases. we arrived so late and we must have woken up everyone in our block but couldnt help it dragging all the cases up the stairs which are literally right out side the rooms. Our room had a very funny smell to it, couldnt really describe it but it wasnt nice, think we ended up just getting used to it! The pool was great and plenty of sunbeds. not enough umbrellas though! The staff were all amazing. We booked room only so cant comment on the food, although did have snacks at the poolside bar and they were all nice. Location is excellent. We would stay again but id get a 2 bed next time as did feel it was a bit cramped with 2 kids on the sofa bed. There are still works ongoing but it never affected our stay. Happy with the price we paid

    Stayed for a long weekend. Hotel is absolutely spotless, lots to offer, fantastic location, rooms were huge, clean and had everything we needed, it had great views of the pool too. I would absolutely recommend and totally recommend visit! Thank you 😎

    veds are solid and spoiled holiday they must be very old there are around 165 steps to get up just to a ground floor room.room was never cleaned bins I emptied myself location is fine near all beaches shops if you have had a sleep.the pool is sealed off in the mornings great idea to stop sunbed hoggers.however people put towels on parasols and fight for the only 8 sit up sunbeds the rest are dirty.first time on many holidays IV written a bad review for a hotel .avoid if you want to enjoy Majorca.oh bass were not changed I had to take sheets from a cupboard at the bottom of the BLOCKS .no lifts means if your on a top part.. steps will be 250 minimum.itcis apparently moving to a 4 star next year meaning building works all winter .I can't see them improving as it would cost to much they should knock it down.

    A nice apartment complex in separate buildings set in well kept grounds. Rooms need decorating but I think it’s about to have a refit. Apartments are spacious & clean. Beds comfortable. No pool bed wars. Plenty to go round. A good location near the beach, restaurants etc. bus stop outside to get to Palma. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of steps but was lucky to get a ground floor apartment (still steps to it). Would recommend.

    Great base for a long weekend with friends.A more than ample breakfast that catered for all tastes.Fresh tasty food and staff extremely helpful when we required gluten free food for a friend.All the staff were friendly helpful and 'fun'.Pool ample size clean and plenty of beds and space. Some areas need updating which I understand is taking place this year.Room clean today and met our needs for our stay.
