This apartment complex occupies a great location, directly beside the sandy beach in the tourist centre of Puerto Pollensa. From here, it is about 1.5 km to the shopping and entertainment centre with its many outlets, bars, and restaurants. A stop for public transport lies about 200 m from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 54 rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Really good stay. Rooms have plenty of space and were super clean on arrival. Perfect location, lots of restaurants around the hotel and a short walk to more. There is a supermarket next door for all those essentials. Pool area was well maintained and the beach is literally across the road. Staff all very well trained and approachable.     Disappointing not as good as billed

    Cabot Hobby Club apartments sit facing the beach on the Llenaire area of the port with about a 10 minute walk to the centre. There is a supermarket on the doorstep and another 2 close by. The apartments are three storey on a u shape around a centrally located pool. Each apartment has a kitchenette, open plan lounge diner, double bedroom and shower room. There is aircon in the lounge. Most have a small balcony but the premium and deluxe have roof terraces with Bali beds and whirlpool baths.PositivesGood locationHelpful staffClean communal areasNot so greatApartment was not that clean on arrival.Beds and pillows were hardTowels changed every three days and apartment cleaned every three daysYou have to pay extra for a safe and for coffee podsApartment sound insulation is extremely poor so you can hear everything. Our experienceWe paid for a week in a premium and a week in a delux. Our first week our view was of a building site. Our neighbours were noisy, slamming doors, playing loud music. Noise from young children carried.Second week was worse! Delux with sea view the noise on our first night went on until 1 am with neighbours playing loud music, slamming doors, scraping furniture, shouting at each other. At the other end we’re worn some mornings at 0500 by cyclist guests heading up it for the day.We would only come back if it becomes adults only, the sound insulation improved and general quality of bedding and furniture and facilities improves to match the price.     Excellent apartments, great staff, especially Frances who was so warm and friendly and helpful when our shuttle bus back to the airport didn't turn up! Located opposite lovely beach. Great pool which my great nephew (aged 3) had a fabulous time leaping into! As a family we met in the pool bar for pre-dinner drinks and then again for a nightcap. Would definitely choose to stay here again. All rooms have a balcony and some rooms have a swim up pool available.     Brilliant hotel in a superb location.

    Stayed at Hobby Club for one week with my young family and had probably our best holiday to date. The location cannot be beaten, straight out of the pool to the stunning beach with crystal clear waters. No onsite eatery but this wasn’t an issue and in fact we felt that this made the hotel a lot cleaner place. The spar literally next door stock everything you would need for breakfast/lunch. A gorgeous walk into town along the promenade with an unlimited amount of restaurants and bars. Two slight negatives that I feel if rectified, would make this hotel a 10/10. Cleaning service only happened every three days, and with the close proximity to the beach, our apartment became very sandy and in need of a clean before the three days were done. Also worth mentioning that the pool discoloured everybody’s swimwear, whilst probably not unsafe (as the hotel had stated in other reviews), it was a little off putting in the sense that we have had to throw out all of our lighter coloured swimwear as they have all turned yellow - the same effect as the pool has had on the loungers in the water. Never had this happen anywhere else so it’s a little odd. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and we will be looking to return next year.
