Location

This popular hotel enjoys an excellent position just a few minutes' walk (300 m) from the sandy beach and 1.4 km from the resort centre of Puerto Pollensa. It enjoys panoramic views of Puerto Pollensa and the area surrounding the hotel offers guests shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants.

Facility

The hotel has 316 rooms, including 32 single rooms and 280 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for lunch).     Pay Extra and Use a Different Hotel, Trust Me, You'll Thank Me, Air Conditioning will not drop below 26 degrees.

    Rooms are small but that not the issue, if you are hoping to have your room cooler than outside then you are out of luck, I've checked by their own thermostat and my own thermostat and in the morning and at night you are lucky to get under 26 degrees, it's humid, not very clean, food is ok I suppose but very basic, if you ask a question about an 'upgrade to a room with working air conditioning' your answer is always "tomorrow", always, staff are friendly enough, you have to pay €3 deposit for safe then €3.50 for each day which is not much but it's still them milking you for what they can, it's a very basic room, small, heat is near unbearable, not the cleanest either but so far no insects, tbh they'd probably croak in the humidity of the room, if I was recommending I would honestly recommend another hotel, if this is 4* I'd hate to see a 3*, absolutely shocking customer service, only plus point are the cleaners are very nice people.

    We visited here as a family of 5, one elderly and one of whom is a fanatical cyclist. The hotel caters for everyone.Great food, great facilities, spa, outdoor area, pool all brilliant.The rooms were spotless and daily refresh.Special shout out to the entertainment team, Letitia and Nikolai, they were brilliant, so friendly and played pool with our 80 year old while others were doing cycling and walking.I cannot find anything negative to say.
