  We have just returned from stay at this hotel it is in a good location within easy walk of the centre. ALL the staff from cleaners to reception were excellent, always greeted you with a smile and were happy to help when needed they also fulfilled our request for a high level room with a nice pool view (room 411) The room was clean, the bathroom always had hot water towels changed every other day the beds changed twice during 11 days, aircon was free & the kitchen area was well equipped. The breakfast was fine, plenty of choice from continental to English. The evening buffet was reasonable (especially at the price) but as can happen it was not as hot as hot as it could have been, however there was a Microwave to heat up the food if you wished, The pool area was clean & tidy plenty of sun beds when we visited (10 May). We thought the rating was better than 3 star. We would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

  Wow. What a mistake to book here.The female hostess (Tatiana) was rude, hostile & threatening on our arrival which affected our whole trip & made myself & my friend feel uneasy during our 3 night stay. I took every measure I could to communicate our late arrival due to flight times. When we did arrive, she was very angry blaming us for on communication. I explained I had used Expedia to communicate, she dismissed and said she never receives messages from them. When my friend challenged her, she told us both to be quiet or she would ask us to leave.I was completely taken aback by this incredible behaviour, it’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  I never normally find issues with most places I've been to, but I have to say, of all the places I've been over the years, this is absolutely the worst place I've ever been to :(My friend called and emailed, weeks in advance, to explain we would be arriving late due to our flight- we had to sit outside for 20mins, before a receptionist turned up, having a go at us for coming after 10pm (even though we previously advised this WEEKS in advance) for her to then tell us to shut up when asking where the room actually was (desperate for the bathroom after the 2hr bus journey to get there) - when we did eventually get taken to room, she then slammed the door on us after (very rudely) putting us in our room and being totally disgusting to us :(I've never experienced service as awful as this, paying much less in many more exciting places! I'm honestly shocked at how terrible this is. AND all the squashed mosquitoes on the walls / curtains were disgusting once we did finally get in the room!Outside, it says hostel €25, we paid more booking online and I have to say, worst decision ever - DO NOT under any circumstances stay here! Even for€25! Shame on Expedia for bringing this nasty place to anyone's .Mallorca experience:(

  Dirty Swimming Pool, no hot water

  I checked out a day early it was so bad. The swimming pool was dirty (cloudy and rubbish floating in it) No hot water, no reception facilities and no refund! I was told to contact booking.com. I've now had an abusive email threatening me with the police.

  Check-in: No onsite reception. An unreliable phone number is printed on a sign outside the premises. We got through to an English speaker and were directed to call in at the 'Sa Savina' restaurant over the road. Once in the restaurant we were greeted by an older woman who only spoke Spanish, and was very frustrated that we didn't understand everything she was saying. We were made to feel very unwelcome and had to fill in a form for every guest with passport number etc.Room: The apartments were large enough for 4 but anymore would have been a real push. The beds, mattresses and pillows were atrocious. There is no aircon and two sharing a room will struggle to sleep due to the heat. With the windows open there is a lot of noise from local dogs, restaurant customers and we even had someone digging up the road with a jackhammer at 8am. Sockets were hanging from the wall and electrics exposed in places. The toilet seat was hanging off and the flush broke during our stay (someone did come out the same day to fix it). German TV channels. The room is not cleaned during your stay, lacks basic utensils in the kitchen and you get one toilet roll. The room is not very secure at all - theres a yale lock to get in and simple shutters on outside windows - which you will have to leave open if want to be able to breathe when come back to the room.The wifi does not work in the rooms, and is unreliable in the tennis court area.Pool: Pool is simple but welcome. Can fit around 6-8 people in for a small swim. A neighbour who lives next to the pool came out to complain 4 times to us about noise/playing with balls in the pool through the day. She even threatened to ring the police! If the management read this review you need to make it clear that this is a 'No Fun' pool BEFORE guests book. Other guests also commented on this crazy lady so she must harass all the guests.Location: Cala Figuera is a nice spot for a quiet holiday. This apartment is very close to some great bars and restaurants - L'arcada, El Momento, Pura Vida and Roadhouse. The walk down to the harbour takes about 5 mins and you can catch boat trips to nearby beaches, or its a half hour walk over rocks and through a housing development to Cala Santanyi bay.Summary: Dont stay here if you can help it. The management have little regard for their property or guests. Cala Figuera is a nice place but this accommodation is suitable only for a few nights as a hostel style stopover.
