Location

This attractive beach hotel has a wonderful central location and is just 150 metres from Cala Egos beach. It is situated right in the tourist centre, with public transport and the town centre just a stone's throw away as well as Cala Egos just 300 m away. Plenty of shopping venues, boutiques, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located in the hotel's neighbourhood and Cala d'Or is just 2 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2024. The hotel has 30 single rooms and 266 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms include a balcony. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (for a fee). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, golf, paddle tennis and archery. With snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. A spa, massage treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Very friendly, clean hotel with a great atmosphere throughout. The evening entertainment was excellent, and the layout of the hotel and pool areas is clearly well thought out.The children’s pool area, with slides and fountains located behind the hotel, was ideal for our younger kids. It felt very safe and secure, with gated access so they could explore freely while still being easily visible at all times.The food was what you would expect from a 4-star Spanish hotel – good overall with plenty of choice. The fresh omelette and pancake station at breakfast could benefit from some improvement, as queues can build up significantly at peak times. An extra member of staff would likely resolve this.Overall, we would definitely book again. A special thank you to the entertainment team, especially the girls, who were brilliant with the children and put so much effort into making the activities fun and engaging.     Location ist great ..     Great hotel had everything you needed for a great family holiday. The hotel staff were great especially the bar and catering staff. There was plenty of local bars/ shops if you fancy a wander out.     The room was great the best holiday in my and my girlfriend life. Huge thanks for the staff especially to ISMAEL ,LUIS,JESUS, and the Lovely Hungary JOJO just to mention a few names from the hotel staff we get very close to. Amazing the hotel is great but the staff gives the soul to the holiday time, we definitely want to visit the hotel again!!!!     We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect — convenient and close to everything we needed.
