    Tranquil property in the Heart of Old Palma.

    I loved the location, the decor and the concierge guest support. Property is located in the heart of old Palma, and it’s right around the corner from several plazas to include one with an olive tree > 800 years old. The property is a converted residence from one of the founding families of Majorca and worked closely with their sister properties to share dining and amenities. Concierge was very helpful in orienting me to top historical and food locations in old Palma and supported making reservations for dining and tickets for events. Breakfast was divine with a combination of made to order and buffet selections. Room was large and luxurious with a large bed and beautiful bathroom. The historical shutters include a set of interior doors that closed, resulting in a total blackout room that blocked both noise and light regardless of the time of day they were closed. I highly recommend this property and their chain of upscale locations - we will be staying again the next time we are in Majorca.     Simply incredible, one of the best experiences with hotels in our life. The right balance between care and over-abusive attention & servility.     A truly exceptional hotel. In fact, one of the best we have ever stayed at. The service is exceptional. A seat and welcome drink on arrival. We had a superior room that was generously proportioned with tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is great with lots of options and a delicious coconut cake. One evening, Camilla from reception brought me some ginger, honey tea because I had quite a bad cold. Just one example of the care and attention taken at this hotel.
