  Ver y nice hotel incide the old ton od Alcudia, Mallorca style. The romos are nice but small anda don’t ha ve a balcón y. The restaurant at the hotel is voy good,but breakfast not that good. The re are plena y of restaurants clase by and it’s a Greta stroll through the old toen ni the evenings. It’s a good base to través around and explore the i sland

  Perfect central location; clean rooms and only few guest rooms. You can park your car for free on the road close-by. The breakfast was ok but the choice was the same every day. I would recommend staying at Can Vent.

  I stayed here recently with a friend and it is quite possibly one of the worst places I have ever been.We'd asked for a twin room but were given one with a double bed (not ideal but ok) but it had a bath with shower in the corner of the bedroom with no shower curtain or privacy! We asked to move, having requested a twin room on booking. We were told there wasn't one available that night but they would see what they could do in the morning. In the morning we spoke to the manager who was aggressive from the outset. He told us they didn't have any twin rooms in the hotel and it was our issue with booking.com not his. He took no interest in the issue and became visibly agitated and confrontational very quickly. We asked if we could cancel as this was not what we had booked but he said no and offered no flexibility. As a manager of a hotel I found this extraordinary. His aggressiveness and lack of willingness to find a solution was very unpleasant.In the end we cut our stay short as we didn't feel comfortable staying somewhere in the face of such hostility. Key reasons not to stay here:Rude aggressive manager Sheets and towels only changed once a week (as per welcome booklet in room)Slow wifiPoor breakfast selection with rotten fruitMinimal toiletries providedToilet paper listed as a benefit!

  My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights this summer. There is no one at reception to greet you when you arrive which is not what you expect when checking in to a hotel. We had to rely on the Restaurant Manager but he had little or no time to show us to our room etc as the restaurant was full at the time. Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful and service in the restaurant was slow. Breakfast is poor - some of the pieces of fruit were rotten, no hot food, very limited offering. Rooms are small and the air conditioning was challenging to adjust which meant that the room was freezing. Hotel Ca'n Pere - on the next block - is much nicer.

  Nice hotel in a really quaint old town!

  Stayed here for 5 nights very nice hotel, inside the old town of Alcudia. If you are arriving by car you need to park just outside the old town walls there is plenty of parking nearby and also across the main road. Only thing is to choose your parking well otherwise you might have a bit of hassle navigating with bags to the hotel. The hotel is two buildings and doesn't have a reception, you just walk in and get somebody's attention. They overbooked our room and put us into another room for the first night, it wasn't a major problem and they resolved it with no fuss involved also deducted 10euro as a goodwill gesture. The restaurant at the hotel is actually very good and definitely worth booking it at least once while staying here. Seafood is to die for. There are plenty of decent restaurants close by and it's a great to stroll through the old town in the evenings. Also it's a great base to travel around and explore the North East coast. This Hotel is a 3 star accommodation with a 4 star restaurant in a 5 star town and perfect for a few days to enjoy Mallorcan lifestyle.The breakfast is not great, it's very limited, hardly any decent fruit and only one small toaster so if there are other guests expect a queue time. Also the coffee on display is not great but if you ask for a proper coffee they will make you one. The rooms are small and modest most don't have a balcony which would be handy for hanging up a towel after a day at the beach however the rooms are ok.
