    Dissapointed

    rating28 May 2026

Couple of issues, you advertise a gym, many tourists now book holidays because they have a gym, saying i was dissapointed is an understatement, an old excercise bike and 3 2.5kg dumbells does not make a gym. Sunbeds, we couldnt get one after ten oclock all gone despite the hotel not full as one block was being refurbished. Food very poor, limited selection, pork not cooked through and pink, small serving area with long queues at peak times, went all inclusive and ate out after experiencing the food. Positives good location, grounds well maintained all areas clean beds comfy, staff friendly. Would not return.

    Family holiday

    rating28 May 2026

This hotel is lovely and clean and all the staff work really hard and are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept lovely too. The rooms are lovely and spacious but I do feel they could have been designed better to avoid the sofa beds as easily room for bunk beds. The pool area is lovely and big and the lifeguard milo is brilliant at his job and deserves a mention for being friendly and being so on the ball with the children’s safety. Food is possibly the worst all inclusive Iv ever had it’s all presented and cooked well but nothing is labelled and I think it’s catered more towards the Eastern European guests. Breakfast was ok pancakes and omelettes being the best as cooked fresh just a long wait when busy. No Ice cream around the pool isn’t great when that’s what kids want on holiday the only place to get it is the restaurant but kids don’t want to be getting dressed every time they want an ice cream. We also got our daughter a non alcoholic pina colada and luckily tried it before her as it was an alcoholic one! Told the barman who wasn’t bothered and very limited English but it’s a pretty dangerous mistake to make. Nice hotel but I wouldn’t recommend the all inclusive option.

Great family holiday but a safety concern

    rating27 May 2026

I wish I could give 5 stars, I really dislike leaving any kind of negative review. We arrived home today after 6 days and a family of 4! Rooms very nice, very big. Yes you have to open the sofa bed (ive seen a negative about that) not really a big deal!Food is ok 👍 not amazing but not bad..Some days better than others.Waiters are all so lovely and friendly , bar staff too! Hotel is very clean. Pool area is lovely (it got busier as the week went on and sunbed wars started but it was English half term) it is infuriating when people put towels down and dissappear for hours! The Life guard is extremely on the ball, he'll often send kids back to the shallow end. Very assertive and watches the pool like a hawk! Shop on site is nice and shop keeper is lovely. He has great stories to tell and is happy to have a chat.Indoor pool is great for shade and its heated, they allow kids and inflatables in there! Our concern was, our 9 year old daughter is a type one diabetic, this means she needs an injection of insulin when she has glucose. One day she felt unwell and her blood sugar levels spiked to 25mmol (very high) we couldn't understand why (food? Heat?) We tested the pepsi max with a glucose test strip and it came out very sugary and the normal pepsi came out as no sugar (they had been mixed up) Had my daughter have had another, this could have hospitalised her and could have been fatal. My husband told reception who assured us they would sort it out, yet 2 days later it was the same. Very disappointed.

Lovely and relaxed atmosphere but needs some improving to reach 4star level

    rating27 May 2026

Here now. The site it's self is lovely - very chilled relaxed atmosphere and obviously still has areas being renovated. This has not caused any noise disturbance though. Few areas for improvement needed still. Not one to complain but just forward warning and giving advice to those heading here. If you have a room with a sofa bed you will need to ask for a mattress topper as they are very hard and uncomfortable- much better with a topper on. We paid for regular family room which states has a kitchenette and microwave online. Ours does not. It has a fridge in the corner, no kitchen worktop - and then a kettle on a table near the sofa. No kitchen area at all and no microwave. I have since asked for one which they will bring over today. ( need to warm up food for fussy eater who likes to eat breakfast late hence why needed). No where near enough sunbeds but some do become free around 3-4pm. That said there is always seating available near the pool bar which is great when no beds are available. Our room -ground floor - was full of ants and woodlice- had to get staff in to spray with bug spray which has worked so far. Again make sure you ask as they will come and sort it. The staff have been great and very helpful. Entertainment in the day is lacking- we've been to many places around the world and love to get involved in darts and water polo but there's non of that here. I've only heard announcements for the odd aqua aerobics but that's it for adults. They do have lots of stuff going on in the kids club tho if your kids like that sort of thing. The food - basic. Breakfast is nicest part. Evening meal I feel is catered for eastern European cuisine, not always labeled and unsure what half of it is. There is a kids area for food with fries, nuggets and pizza included. The ice cream station has only had one flavour so far so definitely needs improving considering there are no small tubs available in the day for kids at the pool bar on the all inclusive. (Never known that before) . Instead you have to go to the onsite shop and pay €3+ Euro for an ice cream instead. Pool area is lovely and inflatables are allowed in the pool. Shop on site to buy from too. Be warned so far on our trip the pool bar toilets are always blocked or broken so best using your own room when needed. Drinks are great and the cocktails very tasty, although mojitos are not included in the all inclusive and you have to buy seperatly for €6.There is a little ting ting train which stops outside and takes you down to the shops etc. It's lovely by the marina and sea front so defo worth an evening stroll. If walking it takes around 15-20mins. There is a small kids water park which is currently closed due to renovations too. The small childrens park and climbing grand is open and the footy pitch and tennis are open too. Weather has been glorious and overall having a lovely break here but I defo would not say it's a 4star.

    Disappointed!

    rating22 May 2026

Always use trip advisor but never normally review but felt like I needed to . Currently staying at this hotel and was pleased to see it had undergone a refurb. Arrived at 1am - family of 3 - two beds made up - no third bed !Returned to reception to be told I had to pull the sofa bed out myself and the pillow was in the wardrobe - not a great start. Room is a standard double but very basic - with a random stand alone fridge . This contained one bottle of water on arrival and is not restocked. Food is below average I have ever had at an all inclusive . Not a huge variety . Pool towels - deposit in required (seems standard for European all inclusives) . But then told when I wanted to swap at the end of the day that there was an additional charge for cleaning of €1 a towel ! Never in an all inclusive have I had this request . Apart from this the pool area although small and the rest of the hotel is clean . Someone previously mentioned that the children’s slides are shut - it appears part of the hotel complex is sectioned off - unsure if this is still undergoing a returb. This hotel was booked last minute and I did get a good price but we will be eating out more during our stay so not the deal I had hoped for !
