Location

The hotel is located in Puerto Pollensa, directly on a pebble stone and gravel beach. The closest cities are Alcudia (6 km), Puerto de Pollensa (1 km) and Puerto Alcudia (7 km). 169 rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 5 auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Rooms

Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 3 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and a buffet). A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    First time at the hotel and it was lovely for our 4 day stay in May.The rooms are a good size and have big comfy beds.The food choice in the restaurant is superb and Carmen always welcomes you with a big smile.The pool area is a great size with lots of sun loungers available.The pool bar /restaurant has a really good lunch menu Arslan greeted us each time with his best Northern Irish accent and his team were all lovely keeping us hydrated with Verdejo.We had a great time and have booked to return in 2027😃 Michelle v, Dueño at Club Del Sol Hotel & Apartments, responded to this review Thank you for your lovely review!     We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Club Del Sol Resort & Spa and couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Whether it was the reception team, restaurant staff, entertainment team, or the lifeguards, everyone went above and beyond to make our holiday special.The all-inclusive package was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety each morning, the à la carte lunches were amazing, and the evening buffets were always delicious with plenty of choice. The drinks selection was also brilliant, with many cocktails included as part of the all-inclusive package, which was a lovely bonus.The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. There were plenty of daily activities available for both adults and children, creating a really fun atmosphere throughout the stay. Our daughter had lots of fun daily at the kids club and splash pad! The spa facilities are lovely and relaxing too, we also made use of the gym which had everything you could need for a workout! There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, we used this for a trip into the town center and back again. Super convenient and only took 10mins. The reception team provided all the times and stops. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a family. We had a ground floor room and loved sitting out in an evening.The view from the hotel was just beautiful, it is positioned perfectly on the coast and the sunrise was amazing. We also loved the onsite mini mart, which stocked lots of useful extras, gifts, and toys at very reasonable prices. Another highlight was the lovely ice cream parlour onsite — guests staying all-inclusive receive a 50% discount, which was fantastic. Although honestly, the desserts and sweet treats included with lunch and dinner were also absolutely delicious!A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday that extra bit special. A special mention must go to Arslan, who seemed to work around the clock. He always had time to speak with guests and made sure everyone had everything they needed with such genuine care and professionalism.We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!     10/10 Girls Family Trip

    Just arrived home from a brilliant 4 night, all inclusive stay at Club Del Sol. We were a family of 16 ladies, aging from 17–70, and the hotel was so accommodating to us as a group from the minute we arrived at reception. The staff were very informative and happy to greet us, and explained everything very clearly. Any other dealings with reception, ie towels and checkout were very easy and straight forward. The hotel also has great changing facilities for those who have a later flight upon checkout. As a group of 16, we managed to find plenty of areas to sit comfortably together both through the day and evening, outdoors and indoors, despite not being the only group, as the hotel is popular with cycling groups too. The outdoor bar was great poolside, serving a great range of cocktails. The meals and quality of food were really good. Breakfast and dinner were served in the buffet, with lots of variation and different choices each evening. We particularly enjoyed that lunch is a la carte everyday, and it was a nice change, with a very broad menu to chose from. The service was also very quick and efficient. Arslan was great to chat to at lunch time, having good conversation and even practicing my Spanish with me. The entertainment was fun, and again varied each day. The evening entertainment in the bar was good from what we saw, but due to being a big group we only caught the end of the evening entertainment as we were eating quite late. The bar was a lovely ambience, and bar staff Alberto, Alvaro and Luis were so sweet and made great cocktails. They were also very accommodating keeping the bar open later than usual for us, and allowing us to continue to sit outside once it was closed, rather than go back to our rooms. The rooms were lovely, modern and very clean. The cleaning staff were all very thorough and pleasant. We sadly did not make use of the spa facilities, but again it looked great from what we saw and very clean too. A tiny thing we would have liked as a group was a bit of music around the pool on the daytime, but other than that, we had an amazing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I am sure we will be back soon for more visits. It’s very hard to please 16 people, but this hotel succeeded with that, so thank you!     The best family holiday so far

    I never write a review but this time I will make sure I do. We loved every minute of it, from the moment we arrived the receptionist let us check in earlier with no extra cost. Place is spotless, the housekeepers are so nice and professional, special thanks to one of them (don’t know her name) even washed my baby bottle (never expected her to!!) The catering staff are amazing, always a smile on their face, nothing was ever an issue, we always arrived last minute for food and never felt pressured to be quick or to leave! Love the atmosphere between staff and whole place is so appropriate for children. This holiday will be hard to beat!! Thank you so much we had a lovely time.
