Location

Located in the tourist centre of the town, this hotel lies just 1 km from the beach, close to many shops, restaurants, bars and links to the transport network and just 100 m - within walking distance- of a nightclub.

Facility

45 single rooms and 1027 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms include a double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. Sport

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Special extras await all-inclusive guests – snacks as well as a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Rooms are basic, but hotel it’s brilliant for kids, so much to do park, boucy castle, trampolines, waterpark and more. Food was lovely, had a Chinese, a Mexican and Sunday roast, snack bars serves fresh sandwiches, couldn’r ask for more,

    The hotel is very big, 3 buildings, very nice rooms, small but how much space do you need for sleep? So much things to do, some are included some are a small charge. It is a family friendly hotel so expect like any other hotel for kids running down the halls at night making noise. If you are a light sleep then this hotel is not for you. Is clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and kind. Lots of pools lots to do for all children, playground, water park, bouncy castles and lots of entertainment. I’ve been to some 5* hotels that are not as good as this. All in all a very good hotel and a very good holiday.     I was very disappointed with club Mac everything closed to early me and my partner got food poisoning from the restaurant and bit by a stray cat when sitting around and the entertainment was only par as if felt like people didn’t care about there job Lisa Patricia, Guest Services / Front Office at Club Mac, responded to this review Dear Madam,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.We are sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations.We were concerned to read your comments.     Kind staff made our stay special

    As someone with coeliac disease, eating safely while travelling can be stressful, but once I met Gloria and Julie in the restaurant, they always went above and beyond to make sure I had something suitable to eat. They would even prepare meals from fresh ingredients if I was concerned about cross-contamination. They were genuinely kind, caring people who also made such a fuss of my little ones. A huge thank you to them both for making our holiday so much easier and more enjoyable. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer more naturally gluten-free options such as fresh grilled meat, fish, vegetables, and more salad options. As a coeliac, the salad often became my safest choice during busy periods, although the selection was a little limited. The restaurant staff work incredibly hard to keep the buffet clean and safe too, but some guests make this challenging by using their hands, mixing serving utensils between dishes, and allowing children to serve themselves despite the signs asking them not to.The hotel itself was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were lovely, and throughout our stay we found almost everyone to be friendly and helpful.The hotel pools and Hidropark were great, although they were unfortunately a little too cold for us to fully enjoy in early May (apart from the splash pool). There wasn’t a huge amount to do apart from swimming so do factor this in if you have high energy children. We spent some time in the bouncy castle and play areas but when it rained these weren’t fully usable.We did experience some noise from guests becoming loudly drunk and allowing their children to run around in the early hours. I'd seen similar comments in previous reviews and chose not to raise it with guest services, as it's a difficult issue for any hotel to manage. It didn't ruin our holiday, but it was disappointing.Overall, we can't fault the hotel itself. The staff were lovely, the facilities were great, and we made some very nice family memories here.     Friendly atmosphere with good food.

    Perfect location. Short walk to the beach and amenities and if you would prefer to get the bus Club Mac offer free bus every 30min to the beach and taxis can be booked at reception otherwise for other travel requirements. Alcudia old town and market are well worth the visit,really beautiful.We had 2 x bedrooms for 4.Very clean and comfortable Lots for everyone at this resort.The team work very hard each day Making sure everyone has a fantastic time. Fantastic family resort with so much going on.Value for money is really good.All inclusive but food at anytime of day.Breakfast and dinner in all 3 restaurantsMorning and evening.Food through out the day available at different parts of the resort For all the family to enjoy. The resort is very clean considering the Large number of families staying there.Plenty bins and most people do use them but staff work day and night to ensure this also.We had no issues with noise during our stay and this is definitely helped by the fantastic staff that work hard to make sure of it.
