Location

This elegant luxury hotel is ideally situated, just 250 metres from a fine-sand beach. The centre of San Comas, with numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is only a short walk away. Palma airport is 60 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 15 suites, 10 single rooms and 89 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Heated indoor and outdoor pools, filled with salt water, ensure comfortable swimming. There is a children's swimming area as well. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example beach volleyball and horse riding or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and golf. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing and snorkelling or, for a fee, diving. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, yoga and callisthenics or, for a fee, squash. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Totally relaxed 5 days in the sun!

    From the minute we arrived we felt totally relaxed. We were met with friendly staff, an easy check in process and refreshing drink. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool area was lovely, lots of space between loungers and a large very clean pool. There is also an indoor pool sauna and steam room which we used one cloudy afternoon. We had lunch a couple of times at the pool bar which was delicious my only suggestion would be to add more salads to the menu. The breakfast was fantastic plenty of choice and we were never rushed. We travelled in early May and I don’t think the hotel was full which was perfect for us. We didn’t eat in the hotel at night but speaking with other guests they all said it was fantastic. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

    The best holiday yet!

    Absolutely amazing. It usually takes me 2-3 days to relax on holiday but as soon as we walked through the doors I felt instantly at home. The welcome at reception was so warm and inviting, we had drinks on arrival, towels to freshen up, it smelt so beautiful too! I am a housekeeper so cleanliness is always something I can’t get away from but there were no faults at all with the room, bathroom or grounds in general - By far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The gardens were stunning, immaculately kept, incredible olive trees! The food was delicious. Plenty of fresh, hot dishes full of flavour. The only thing was sometimes the translations didn’t quite hit the mark but anyone with common sense could work it out - if in doubt just ask one of the very many helpful and friendly staff who tirelessly worked to keep everyone happy. Could not fault the service at all. We went for the cheapest room option as we don’t usually spend much time in the room at all but it was so spacious with plenty of hanging space and drawers, mini fridge, desk, safe etc. Ours was a ground floor room with sun loungers and a little table and chairs on a private patio area overlooking the pool. The entertainment was good, singers every night but varied in genre so something for everyone. Sa Coma was a nice town, we walked to Calla Millor and caught the bus back to the hotel after a lazy lunch and sangria. Porto Cristo also worth a bus ride. The only downside to the whole stay was the freezing outside swimming pool. It unfortunately was just too cold, we did have a chuckle anytime a new guest appeared, eager to swim and very quickly climbed back out again! The inside pool was lovely and warm, the sauna and Turkish Bath also very clean and relaxing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.     Best hotel we have ever stayed at! This is the second time we have stayed here and it will not be the last as it was amazing!The food, the staff, the rooms were all excellent! The garden and pool area are just superb with an incredibly relaxing ambience!The food selection was incredible and all delicious! As mentioned before, the desserts are definitely to die for!Lovely, welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us and where nothing was too much trouble! We don't want to miss anyone out as everyone was so kind and helpful, but a special mention goes to Antonio, Amanda and Sara in the restaurant and Sergi in reception.Thank you to all and hopefully we will be back next year!     Another great holiday

    This was a return visit for us. We spent two weeks in the Majorca Palce last year and we were so pleased that we had to make a return visit. The staff from reception down to the room cleaners were fantastic. A bottle of champagne in our room to welcome us back and a special treat that was totally unexpected , a birthday treat with a reserved table wine and a birthday cake. A special mention to the person who I think is the hardest worker of all is the lady who cooked me the most superb omelette every morning.
