The hotel was renovated in 2024. The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 80 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Great Location, Warm Staff & Lovely Breakfast

    My husband and I had a great time at this place. We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. All the staff were nice, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the pool and room were clean. It's a 5-minute walk to the bus stop to Palma, and about 10 minutes to the airport by taxi. This place offers more than we expected for the price. I have stayed at a 4-star hotel in Mallorca before, but the experience here was better this time. I can't wait to stay here again!

    Wow Wow Wow... what a beautiful Hotel! Just returned from a 3 night stay, so calm and relaxing. So surprised it has been given a 3 Star, in my eyes it should be a 4 Star!     Brunch, quiet rooms, and a reliable base

    A return visit, and once again this little hotel proved exactly why it suits me so well. It’s tucked away in a quiet side street, just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and restaurants (Balneario 9), and about a kilometre from the livelier stretch of Playa de Palma (Balneario 5-6). Close enough to reach it if you want it, far enough away if you absolutely don’t.The atmosphere is calm and tidy, and the whole place gives off a well-kept impression. Staff do their job, rooms are quiet and spacious, and—importantly for the cooler months—the heating system actually works. The real highlight is the brunch, running until 13:30 and included in the hotel price. It’s more of an extended breakfast with extras: a good salad bar, a few warm items such as fries, sausages, chicken nuggets, and generally enough to keep you going well into the day. For the price point, the value is genuinely impressive.The pool area is pretty and ideal for a relaxed hour or two, though evenings in the hotel are quiet (we stayed in March and November). There’s no real bar to linger at and no restaurant in the evening, but with plenty of places nearby—even off-season—it’s hardly an issue.Transport is easy: around ten minutes by taxi from the airport and roughly 30–45 minutes by bus into Palma. For a simple, comfortable short stay, it really does the job.Verdict: A great-value, straightforward hotel in a calm spot near Playa de Palma. I’d happily stay again.

    4 night break as a couple , Hotel very clean , all staff welcoming . Breakfast /brunch is unlimited and very nice catering for many nationalities. Variety of loungers around the pool area never any issue getting a lounger although we did prefer the beach so only sat around the pool late afternoon. I know the hotel is offering a chilled vibe but the music was very repetitive around the pool there are far more nicer chilled tunes than what we were being played by the DJ.Room Beds were fold up beds so a little creaky and only one pillow which was uncomfortable . Air con was amazing . Shower really powerful. Room was a good size for what we needed. For safety there’s a back entrance to the hotel grounds with no gate or lock . This could be improved to stop anyone entering the pool area who was not a guest .
