    AVOID! RUDE ,AGRESIVE AND CARELESS STAFF!

    AVOID IF YOU CAN.WE WERE "welcomed" by some young boy in the bar of this filthy hotel - he did not introduced his name ,that the reception is closed ( about 6.30 pm) and we checked in in the bar. The girl gave us a key from the room and said what time is the breakfast and dinner. Nothing else. We came to the room and there was no hand soup no shower gel no shampoo. I came back to the bar and asked to have it refined. She got an attitude and walked off angry saying something to the boy- her boyfriend. Than about 10 minutes after she brought me a shampoo. I asked to have the hand soup refilled she said that is impossible and that I should use the shampoo she bought innthe shop. Bare in mind ,this is ' 3* hotel'. Next day morning we tried to go to reception- there was again noone. It was 8 am morning. We had very poor breakfast.. at the evening we attended dinner at 9.15 pm , the rude boy came over to the table and we wanted to order the dinner. I kindly asked what we can have and he said " you are crazy" etc and I told him to not speak to me like that and that am not crazy and we are a customer's.. that the girl came over and said that we supposed to order the dinner at the morning ? What a joke ?? Noone told us this. Than the rude boy broughy bill to the table for the beer my partner had. We paid for it.We might have to leave from here earlier than we should. They are disgusting, rude awful people and do not appreciate quests at all! Shame on you ,just close down your business.. the shower is blocked and have issue with the drainage and there is a leak all over the floor.

    We only went to the restaurant, we didn't stay at the hotel. We had shrimp and tuna tartar as starters, and they were very big but very good. We then had pasta for our mains, and it was delicious. The pasta was probably homemade and very rich. The chairs were comfy, and we were sitting out in the sun. When it got a bit colder, the staff put the glass across, and it kept the cold out. Lovely ambience and excellent price. We are going back again tonight for dinner.

    Disgusted by staff behaviour

    We stayed in the Valentin Reina across from Cupidor. All guests here at our lovely hotel were disturbed by noise coming from Cupidor. The male staff was hitting and pushing a female member of staff violently while we all shouted for help for the female from across the road. The police came as the staff in our hotel were asked by our fellow guests to get help. It was very shocking to see and the only trouble we witnessed in all our travel in Mallorca. Shame on you Cupidor for this awful treatment of a woman. Never ever will I go there after witnessing this make staff behaviour. Not acceptable EVER

    Great family business. I really like smaller places in top locations where You are Someone- Guest! Big commercial hotels are like many making fabrics where food is so bad and You are no one!Here Food was like from Michelin star restaurant with friendly chats and peaceful atmosphere. Amazing!Room is super clean and has everything what You will need in long or short stay.I was there 6 nights and i could do way more in the same spot because there is everything next to You; beach is just next to, so many shops: different cousins (if You will have enough of hotel restaurant - but I don’t believe that!), bus stop is 5 min walk.Staff - impressed in terms of how many languages they speak! And how friendly they are:)All together from me 10/10! Highly recommend I’ll be back for sure.

    For many years, our favorite holiday destination has been Cupidor. We have been coming here for many years because the family that owns the hotel goes out of their way to make your holiday truly unforgettable. The kitchen, which is presented in the hotel is beyond praise, exactly the same as the location. Very close to the sea and ennobled with excellent green area. In turn, we can advise everyone who comes to Mallorca exactly Cupidor, because of all the places in Mallorca, it is this place that has sunk into our souls with its charm and wonderful conditions.
