    Perfect dinner in perfect surroundings

    We were on holiday in the area and visited Hioellets restaurant several times. Beautiful surroundings in early autumn accompanied by perfect service and delicious food. For example, try the cappacio on waguy, a delicious bite really nicely presented. And not least their entre cotes made with black angus. Fried and prepared to perfection. The very best recommendations from here

    We enjoyed a very nice stay in beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains . Everything was perfect. We felt like at home. Petra and Patrick were very kind, friendly and always helpful. We will definitely come back.

    We had a great time in the hotel. The only negative surprise was the laundry price. 25 euros is very steep.

    Would highly recommend. The hotel is in a location in the mountains in a village. Staff was incredibly kind and professional, and surprised us with a bottle of cava once I let them know it was my wife’s birthday. Decor was beautiful. Laying by the pool with the weather and the sounds of nature was just so peaceful. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. We hope to return!

    Like many others have said, the place is basic and OK at most. Was bothered by a few things, including stained sheets but assumed they were from flowers so didn't make a fuss. Ultimately the passive aggression from the owner is what made us leave.She wants credit for allowing us to get into the room 20 mins before check in time, so I am making sure to write this clearly. Petra y Patrick Zwölfer, Inhaber at Hotel Nou Dalt Muntanya, responded to this review Good morning,it's a pity we couldn't satisfy you. However, I must clarify a few things, because they are not true!1) We decorate the beds with fresh flowers on arrival. Your son squashed them on the bed! We changed the sheet the next day as we don't go into the room on the day of arrival unless there is a request.2) Did you try to insinuate that I had allocated you a smaller room. I have printed out your booking form for you! You didn't expect that. 1. booking of a higher category at 22:59 cancellation of this booking on the same day at 23:02 and a new booking on the same day of the cheapest categories at 23:17. you couldn't remember it!?You told me you had already booked another hotel, being in Orient without a car was not ideal for you. I didn't give you a discount, because your complaint was unfounded and I was thrown out by you, there was no possibility to offer you another room category.It would have been nice if you had mentioned that you were able to move into the room long before check-in time!We take the feedback of our guests very seriously, but not like this! Publishing untruths is just mean!We wish you the very bestPetra
