Location

This captivating apartment hotel is located approximately 1,3 km from the centre and the beach. It is just 100 m to a connection to the public transport system. Shopping areas with boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants are 1 km away. It is approximately 60 km to Son Saint Joan airport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 100 apartments, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch, guests can order à la carte. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Fabulous, excellent value hotel with lovely helpful staff.

    Fabulous holiday all round. Wonderful staff, especially in the restaurant who work extremely hard and very long hours. The same can be said for the reception staff and cleaners who all do a fantastic job. I’m sure there are other staff that I haven’t seen who all work very hard too. The location is ideal if you like a walk into town, which I did. Lovely atmosphere at the hotel. The rooms are excellent, and on par with what you’d expect from a hotel of this rating. I was very surprised to have an apartment to myself with self-catering facilities if I needed them. Lots of room and everything you need for a very pleasant stay. I really couldn’t fault this place which made for a very enjoyable break.

    Just had a lovely stay at Duva in a 2 bed apartment. Very happy overall with the service, facilities and cleanliness. There are just a couple of minor points. The second (small) bedroom lacks basic furniture ie no bedside table or lamp. I had to take one of the dining chairs in to put my book etc on.The bathroom could do with additional shelving for toiletries and hooks to hang towels on.The location is on the very edge of Puerto Pollensa and the distance to the port was too far for my companion to walk. However, there is a bus stop around the corner (although the buses are often full and do not stop). We took taxis to the port (6€) snd to Pollensa old town (12€). Hotel reception were always helpful in calling taxis for us and the wait was never more than five minutes.This is a lovely hotel but sadly the location means it was not the most convenient choice for us.

    Had a lovely 2 week stay, apartment had everything we needed. Pool is lovely with loads of loungers and nobody putting their towels out and hogging them. Super value breakfast and evening dinner. Plenty of choice. Enzo the lifeguard was a great guy friendly, speaking cheerfully to everyone but diligent in his duties. Always tidying any rubbish that may have been left behind and rearranging loungers and just keeping them plane look tidy. Absolutely can't wait to come back again.

    Everything about this hotel is amazing! We’ve been coming for many years and we are always excited to come back. We’ve started bringing our little one as well as my grandparents and it’s great for the whole family! There are accessible apartments with walk in showers and plenty of room as well as family rooms which are perfect! The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and has a great choice for everyone! The restaurant team are exceptional and very accommodating. Great with the little ones and always look after you adding the personal touch. The reception team are always helpful and have great knowledge of the local area so can help with everything you’ll need. All of the facilities are great with 2 pools and a kids pool, an amazing kids club with mini disco and great bar services! Our little one loves having a dance at the mini disco! I can’t recommend this hotel enough and we can’t wait to keep coming back! Thank you Team Duva for always making our trips so special!!
