This hotel is located right by the old fishing harbour of Sóller, with stunning views over the bay and the mountain. The centre of Puerto de Soller is just 200 metres away and the nearest beach and links to the public transport network are within 150 metres of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 3 suites, 5 single rooms and 101 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while.     Trip for myself and two friend for a 40th birthday celebration. Fantastic location about 3-5 minute walk downhill to the beach front. Hotel was clean, very nicely decorated with welcoming staff. Hotel positioned in quiet are, spaces in hotel quiet and very relaxed. Room was spacious with 2Queen size beds and a sofa bed that was Comfy. Air conditioned rooms but not the best I have known. It was still cool. Pool area small but very well maintained. Restaurant was clean and decorated nicely.We only had breakfast but there was a lot of variety and very good quality. Bar area was clean, staff welcoming and very good range of drinks at reasonable price.This was an ideal hotel for us, excellent value for money. We have already decided to return for our 45th birthday.

    This was a return visit and we were very excited to be showing our so. The amazing Port Soller. We have stayed in this hotel before and the first impression this time was great, the downstairs areas have had a refurb and it looked great. Unfortunately this is where it ended. The rooms are tired and unclean. The key card only worked for the lights etc. if we jiggled it and we were a family of 3 that only had enough in our room for two. I spoke to reception who made a note to rectify this for us, the man on reception was lovely. When we went back to our room the only thing that had changed was an extra towel was given. So we still only had two glasses and two cups. I found the maid who was not at all helpful, this is what let the hotel down. We didn’t get our tea and coffees replaced and the floor wasn’t cleaned on our whole holiday. Christine on the bar was lovely and I remembered her from 8 years ago. Would we stay again at this hotel. No probably not.

    This was a great hotel. Situated 5 minutes up hill walk from the beach.We paid extra for a sea and mountain view and loved our room. It was spacious, clean and had 2 large double beds We paid a small supplement for half board. The food was mostly very good and great value for the price.Pool area was fairly small but finding a sunbed was not an issue during our stay.There were lots of great walks in the area and the bus stop was easily accessible from the hotel to go further afield.Only slight niggle was that the smoking area was right outside the main entrance so you had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter or leave the hotel. This would have been much better located at the seating area at the foot of the entrance steps away from the door.In summary, the resort is beautiful and hotel was wonderful. We will definitely be back!     Good. Alde for money in Port De Soller

    This is a good, 3 star hotel and economic way to stay in beautiful Port De Soller. Our room was very comfortable with air conditioning . Free parking on the street was relatively near by and not too hrs to find The hotel is a very short walk,up a slight hill, from town. Had seen reviews complaining about noise but this was fine for us. Huge buffet breakfast and dinner. Half board is incredible value and we wouldn’t normally have chosen this but food and choice was good for the price. We were on a return visit and booked directly through the website which gained us a room upgrade and gift. Bar also good value and nice cocktails. Went to the sister hotel for wonderful view from their roof top bar. The hotel had been upgraded since our last stay and the common areas looked very nice. The lock on our balcony door was broken ,which we reported and was swiftly repaired. Room cleaned everyday.Generally staff were very nice, however, a goodbye, and “hope you enjoyed your stay” etc from reception when we left wouldn’t have cost anything!     A good Hotel if looking for a cost effective stay in the area.

    We chose the Eden Nord as it was the most cost effective place to stay and in that sense was a good choice. all of the communal areas such as the pool, restaurant ect are well taken care of, however the room we stayed in did need some attention. Nothing that was a deal breaker (although the air conditioning was off for the whole hotel) the room just needed some upkeep/modernising. Additionally the walls are rather thin so if you have noisy neighbours be aware. However over all taking into consideration the choice of the hotel was based on cost I feel it was a good stay. Staff were friendly and place was very clean.
