6 junior suites, 16 single rooms and 188 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Hotel is in an excellent location for everything Alcudia has to offer. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas and bar prices very reasonable. The buffet breakfast was really good everything you could want . The only thing I could say was missing was Aircon or a fan in the room as uncomfortable on a night sleeping

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Stayed mid may 6 nights 3rd floor pool view.drinks on arrival.room great very clean.room serviced everyday and clean towels bedding changed when requested an amazing service.pool towels free and again refreshed when needed. Breakfast wonderful with so much choice all fresh. Location couldn't be better right near beach shops restaurants a beautiful place been alcudia three times now and can 100 percent recommend staying here we can't wait to go back. Had an amazing holiday and a truly fantastic stay at EIX Hotel

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast food was excellent with a great variety and the staff were very friendly.I had and still have only one issue: I left a jacket behind me. I got a price to courier it home but that price was excessive. I asked the hotel if they could post it to me and I would pay them in advance but they are not able to facilitate my request which is disappointing

My second visit to Eid Alcudia, I found the rooms clean well presented, the staff all very friendly, I only used restaurant for breakfast but the choice was excellent. There is a secure garage for your cycle if you, like me, have hired one. All round great stay nice and quiet area too.
